Hi everyone!
I’ve decided to do PE for at least a 6 month period so I’m keep progress log. Depending on the results after 6 months I’ll decide if I’ll continue 1-2 more years.
I’ve always felt way below average and been kinda shy being naked amongst others. Also being cut where the majority of others aren’t cut you give a “smaller visual appearance”. Also I’ve always thought that the average length is around 7” and 6” girth.
I actually briefly did some PE in 2009 but stopped after a two or three months. I first bought a [words=https://track.moreniche.com/hit.php?w=113512&s=1220]JES-extender[/words] and also bought a BIB. I didn’t really see any results, couldn’t put in the hours, and I wasn’t happy with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] being so uncomfortable. At that time it was only the silicon noose strap that was available and I probably tried 20 different ways of wrapping but never managed to extend for any longer period of time.
The BIB was OK but I don’t think I ever gave it enough time. I was just too lazy and impatient.

So fast forward eight years or so I decided to give it another shot. I bought the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X30[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] and even though it is a bit of a hassle I think what makes me want to continue is that I can see direct, temporary, effects. An instant gratification which is a good physiological effect for me. After a couple of days I got a better hang of the exercise and I started to realize that the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X30[/words] was too small for me girth wise. I was surprised at first because I’ve always thought, and I probably measured a bunch of times 8-10 years ago, that I was 5,5” BEL x5,5” MEG. So from the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X30[/words] for a day I measured again got 5,9”x6,1” – happy and surprised.
I got even more happy putting this into relation to the average sizes I found in a survey from 2015 or 2016 where averages were around 5,5” BEL and 4,5” MEG – so I’m actually not small but average or above average.

Another factor in all of this is my GF of ten years. She’s mentioned a couple of times that I’m “on the smaller side”. When I found the survey I told her that I’m actually average or a bit over average she refused to believe me, haha. She said that all of the guys she’s been with before have been larger than me and I replied that would be statistically extremely improbable – so either her eye measurement are not correct, likely :), or she’s struck gold with every guy she’s been with, unlikely. As most of you probably know – arguing a different opinion with a girl never leads anywhere so I asked her what size she prefers. She revealed that she always liked “larger devices” and thought that the perfect size was two hands with and then some. Her being kinda tall, like 5’10”, her hands are pretty wide as well like 3,5” so that means she wants like 7,5”+ toy with at least 6”g girth. The funny thing is that right now I barely fit into her mouth and anal is nigh impossible yet she craves something large.

So back to PE again. Actually thinking that [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] PE is possible to keep up for a longer period I need some more stuff for length. I got two toddlers so while I don’t have that much spare time I do have a lot time around the house able to do passive PE. I bought a new [words=https://track.moreniche.com/hit.php?w=113512&s=1220]JES-extender[/words], I threw the old one away when moving a couple of year ago. Got the comfort-attachement, not that happy with that, the nose I haven’t even tried. Tried the Velcro-mod but the Velcro I bought separately has really sharp edges cutting into me. So I ordered the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words]-tugger and after a few days I think it’s an amazing device, a bit of a hassle since I’m cut and got a bit tight skin. But still amazing – no bulk compared to the [words=https://track.moreniche.com/hit.php?w=113512&s=1220]JES[/words], less hassle, less pain – just great. I also bought a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X40[/words] since I was pressing to much on the walls of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X30[/words] which hurt a lot. Got a Vine-vac for some extra power.

I started around December 18th and I’ve used the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] 5-6 days a week since then. I got the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]TLC[/words] just recently so not been able to use them so much.

Plan forward is [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] 5-6 days a week. Extending after [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] will be done with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. If I don’t use [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] or before the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] sessions I will use the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]TLC[/words]. Reason for this is that I get some water retention and I have problems getting the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]TLC[/words] on. Might just be a learning curve. The BIB is somewhere in my garage, just need to find it and I'll probably start use it again.

Did measure yesterday and I know it is temporary but it was still good to see – 6.1” BEL and 6,3” MEG ? Like I wrote above – I’m really impatient and just seeing a tiny increase is a tremendous instant gratification that makes me want to continue.

So target for 2017 is 7” BEL and I really don’t care to increase girth but seeing 6,5” MEG wouldn’t be too bad. If I ever get to 7” then I probably won’t be able to stop trying to get 8” – I already feel a bit hooked :)

Thanks Munto! I actually tried stretching with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X30[/words] which went well. Right now I'm only using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X40[/words] and It's a bit of a struggle keep the balls out so not really possible to stretch I think.

I usually do some manual stretching when ever I get a few minutes of privacy.

I usually rest on thursdays so no exercise yesterday.

Today I had a great [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] session with 20-30 minutes in the tube. It usually split over 4-5 sets because I get the balls sucked in when By accident I release and start over again. I try to enter atleast 80% erect - I feel that its a key to a good session.

At the end of the session I maxed out at 6.7" - .6" over my BEL which feels great to see.

Also Managed to squeeze 30 min edging and 1 hour with the [words=https://track.moreniche.com/hit.php?w=113512&s=1220]JES[/words].
 
A couple things to try to stop balls from being sucked in. Most men, after doing the Testical Health and Massage Routine, find that their scrotum hangs low enough not to get sucked in. You can also use [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ACE[/words] to tie back your scrotum.

I keep struggling with the scrotum and the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] but yesterday I had my best session. I stole a slightly longer hairband from my GF and I kan keep my things in place without much pain. When I move towards max preassure I remove the hairband to free up some more skin. Put in the grey comfort padding again and managed to avoid to get pinched. Next thing to improve is to be able to angle the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] to match the angle of my errection. Right now my head is pressing to the side of the tube which is slightly painful. Don't have a curve but a small upwards angle.

I've always been a sceptic but I want to belive :) I did a measurement which showed BEL 6.3" and MEG 6.3" (allthough with a CR) which was a nice confidence boost. If/when I reach 6.5" BEL I'll throw out all my doubts with the cat litter and become a true believer :P

It's a shame that there is such a huge social stigma surrounding PE, size etc. My friends and family know me as a real sceptic about almost everything - being really hard on facts and science. If I tell someone PE works the'll belive me but unfortuantly I won't be able to tell anyone about PE without risking social damage :/

I haven't tried doing hardcore stretches yet, but so far my balls aren't sucked in with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] anymore like they used too
hardcore stretches are probably the ultimate test

HardCore stretches Rock! They bring so much interior penis outward and make length gains so much quicker. When we attack all sides of the penis we win the war of gains.

try rotating the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] 180* so the sticker/gauge is pointing away from you...that angle might provide some relief. You can also dab a bit of hair conditioner on your glans so they slide along the inside of the cylinder.

I've rotated the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiters[/words] 180 degrees so the angled side is on the same side as the stickers.

I checked again today and i think that the skin from the scrotum that gets pulled in pushes the base of the penis up and an 'un-normal' angle.

Up until 5.5" I don't have any issues but when I go above that I think too much skin gets pulled in. Don't want to get stuck on 5.5" since I've been around 6.7 in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] before.

Tried vaseline but didn't really help but I'll definatly try conditioner next time :)

Good advice. The [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BathMate[/words], for some men, works better at certain rotational points. If all advice is followed for good vacuum and vacuum is still being lost rotate the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BathMate[/words] and you should be able to find a perfect place to pump from.
 
also experiment on either raising or lowering the point in which you enter the cylinder...I've found that the further up my fat-pad, the better.

Almost a week since last post. Happy that I've managed to keep my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] schedule - 6 days a week and 1 restday. Only managed to use the [words=https://track.moreniche.com/hit.php?w=113512&s=1220]JES[/words] and the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]TLC[/words] for around 10 hours during whole week but I guess its better than nothing :)

The last couple of days it feels like I've finally mastered the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X40[/words]. After trying a bazillion things I found a setup that works great for me - comfortpad in, hairband to prevent nuts beick sucked in, vaseline to not stick, standing up in the tub while getting in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] and the first pumps. After a little while i use the vacuvin to increase preassure and carefully remove the headband. I usually end the sessions .4" above my BPEL.

Tried conditioner but it washed away to quick so I don't think it helped me.

With the rest day I was close to 48 hours since last [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] session and I took the opportunity to measure again. Was really happy to see that my previous measurement wasn't just an illusion :) BPEL yesterday 16.1 cm, last measurement was 16.0 cm and 15.5 cm on 2016-12-20.

Hoping to see 16.5 cm soon.

Didnt measure MEG yesterday, I'll save that for after the next rest day.

Yep! What helps alot is the different advice and adjustments that that people contribute with. Alot of the exercises and devices wont work right away for most people so you really need to get proficent and accept that there's a learning curve.

I really regret that I gave up PE the last time - was too impatient.
