Since this is my first post I thought I should include a little history of my experience in Penis Enlargement. It goes way back into my late teens when I first saw an ad in a men's magazine for a pump. I was curious, ordered one and naturally was excited when it arrived. I locked myself in my room and with shaking hands tried the thing out. WOW, I couldn't believe that the penis could grow to those proportions.

Well that was well over 20 years ago. At that time there was no internet and it was not possible to get the kind of good dialog that I've been reading on this forum. Needless to say I did a lot of experimenting on my own - mostly wth pumping. At the time, I did measure myself once and to the best of my recollection it was like 7 3/4" erect, but as I said I can't be sure.

Over the years have dabbled into stretching with weights, more pumping and such but never really went at it systematically just whenever I was in the mood. About two years ago, I found a site where I learned about jelqing which I tried pretty religiously for a number of months and had the usual newbie problems with blisters, etc. After repeated problems I kind of lost interest again. But at the time I did measure and was at 8 1/2" BPenis EnlargementL and 5 and almost 3/4" girth. So I guess the gains since my teens could be contributed to the sporatic attempts at Penis Enlargement.

After many months of doing nothing I discovered the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] site and must say it is one of the coolest finds on the NET. I did my research emailed DLD a few times and then joined [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] in January 2005. It is now my goal to take Penis Enlargement much more seriously and with the help of the interesting chaps in this forum to keep on track with a routine.

I am currently doing the DLD [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] with the enhanced stretching I found in one of the newbie threads. Will post some pics (starting) and routine in the next few days. I do need someone to kick my ass at times when I begin to slack off so I hope I can count on you guys.

I have been haphazardly going about with Penis Enlargement this year doing a lot of kegels in January albeit also working up the intensity and times of the jelq sessions. In February continued the kegels and jelqing but not to really any regular schedule. Would do a few days of exercises; take a few off, one on, two off, three on, etc. This has been my biggest problem to date and the reason I have seen virtually no length gains since starting with the DLD program in January 2005. As I continued to read the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] forums, I learned that if I want length gains (#1 priority) I would have to also work the stretching exercises (which I did sparsely the first couple of months).

So in March, I got a handle on the manual stretching exercises and after 2-3 attempts was able to complete a full set of stretching exercises, i.e. all directions for a full set of 3 [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]x 30[/words] secs. However, had some problems with blisters from too tight a grip so I had to take time off to heal. Kept up with the jelging throughout though and can definitely see the more enhanced vein thing happening. Again workouts in March were sporadic but more regular than in Jan and Feb.

Now that we’re into APRIL I realize I’m going to have to be more regular with my routines to see the results I’m hoping for. As I’ve written before I’ve primarily had results from pumping but the results have been attained over a period of years so I’ve never really experienced that – “wow, the fellers a whole ¼ or ½ in longer that last month”. This is my first short term goal – to experience that “holy shit” and “nah, that can’t be right” feeling. Since my biggest two problems are doing the exercises regularly and not having so much time per day to do the program, I’ve decided to try one day girth, one day length and see if that works. After a week off of Penis Enlargement due to a short holiday, I’m now ready to start April off with a new routine below.

Girth Day
1. Warm Up – 15-20 minutes with a heating pad
2. Wet Jelq 200 reps – 90%
3. Uli Squeezes – 5 sets of 5 – 1 sec holds
4. Wet Jelq 100 reps
5. [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] – 5 sets with 20 sec hold
6. Wet Jelq 100 reps
… and then repeat 3 thru 6 until I reach 30-45 minutes
7. Warm down in my pump with heating pad (also do my Kegels in the pump as this is one intense feeling)

Length Day
1. Warm Up – 15-20 minutes with a heating pad
2. DLD Enhanced Newbie Stretching 3 sets of 30 sec holds
3. Warm Down with heating pad – 10-15 minutes
4. At some point in the day try to get in 300-500 kegels
I will probably add some other stretching exercises as I read and learn more and see which one of the many stretch exercises appeal to me. So far, I really like the rotary cranks as they really seem to be effective.
 
Did the girth workout on the 5th and went for 35 minutes. I would have gone longer but I didn’t want to overdo the first workout in over a week. On the 6th, I really wanted to do the length workout but with all the personal commitments, jobs around the house and helping the girlfriend find a new place to live, I just didn’t find an hour or so to get the workout done. Today I will continue with the program and perform the girth work out.
 
Had a very positive length workout today – felt lots of good deep stretching. Also did a short girth workout yesterday as time and privacy were an issue. If time permits, I am going to try to get a proper girth workout in later today as well. I’ve pretty much decided to stay on phase one of DLD’s program until I get the workouts to become a habit and I’m hoping that by the end of May I will see my first new gains. Like so many of you have written, if you don’t do the workouts you cannot expect to see gains.

Another good day for my workout session. Worked through the length portion of the workout and immediately followed it by the girth work. With warm up and warm down these sessions are taking a good 1 ½ to 2 hours to do. I’m not sure I can devote this level of time to Penis Enlargement daily especially since I have seen no measurable gains since beginning in January this year. I’m going to keep going solely on faith that the gains will come.

I’ve been noticing when doing the stretches that I get the best stretch feeling (pulling burning feeling) when I stretch down and especially BTC. Does this mean I have a low LOT angle and if so, shouldn’t I be concentrating more of the stretch time to doing BTC stretches? It would stand to reason that I’m not getting much benefit from the straight out and up stretches as I don’t feel the same kind of pull.
 
Just completed the third day in a row stretching routine which for me is kind of a record. I have learned that if I am going to get the length gains I’m after, I need to do the stretch routines daily. In the past however I kind of found them a little boring to do – I mean stretching left, right, middle, in all directions – and the arms get so tired. Then yesterday I came across an article from DLD where he said he always tries to use a fulcrum point when doing the stretches to increase the intensity. I tried his ideas and now the stretching has a bit of variety so it’s not as boring to do. My favourite stretch is still BTC because here I can really feel the most pulling on the ligs. I also use a countdown timer on the PC to count off those 30 sec stretches so I can close my eyes and visualize how good the stretch is working. I’m going to stick to the girth routines every other day and try to do the length routines on a daily basis until I think I need a day off.
 
Well looks like I got four days off - but not by choice. When family is visiting and there are lots of kids running around the house barging in and out of rooms – well you get the idea! Yesterday managed to get in a half decent length workout and thought I’d check with the ruler (get that urge sometimes) and was disappointed to see no gains yet. But I know that I really haven’t done enough of the stretching yet to expect some gains – but damn. This morning I woke up with a wood that I thought was going to poke a hole through the ceiling so that’s once again inspiring me to continue despite any measurable gains. I’m going to try to get in a full program today – length and girth. I’ve also been toying with the idea of hanging or build one of those chance [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extenders[/words] but the parts are hard to find here in Europe.
 
Now that I’m getting into the routine of doing the workouts I find that I am actually looking forward to doing them. I’ve decided to mainly focus on length work so I’m actually doubling up on the length routines when I can. Here’s how it’s been going the last few days:

April 21st – Length routine in the morning and again in the PM and also did about 300 jelqs. That’s over an hour for doing only manual stretching.

April 22nd – Only one length routine and about 500 jelqs with at least half a dozen ULI squeezes for 30 secs. Those things are a real girth blaster as I can really feel the engorgement when continuing with the jelqing.

April 23rd – Two full length workouts and about 200 jelqs followed by a half an hour in the pump.

April 24th – One length workout so far, will do another after finishing this post. After the length routine, thought I’d try some clamping for the first time ever. Put the clamp on and worked up a good solid erection. Damn did the member look fat. Now I’ve never really worried about my girth and hadn’t measured in quite a while. I thought, what the heck, so I did and was surprised to see a mid shaft girth of just over 6 inches. Damn, I had never been anything over 5 3/4 inches!

Now if only I could start to see some length gains, I’d be happier than a pig in shit.
 
Well it’s been a long while since I made a journal entry. Let me bring you up to date what’s happened in the last while. After my last entry things got rather hectic – had lots of visitors which created privacy issues and subsequently my workouts dwindled off to nothing. I tried to get in some jelqing whenever possible but it was sporadic at best. I woke up one morning near mid to late May and was shocked to find a hard stringy like vein in my shaft. I remembered reading on [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] that this most likely was a T-Vein and it scared the hell out of me. I went back into [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] and read all I could about T-veins and mostly came to the conclusion that abstaining from Penis Enlargement was the best course of action. As the weeks went by it didn’t seem as though the T-vein was getting any better so I dug deeper and read more posts at [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] and ran across a number of posts that said if it don’t hurt then it should be alright to continue with Penis Enlargementing. As this seemed to fit my situation I slowing began back into a casual routine of jelqing in around mid June. I didn’t spend a lot of time with my routine as I was also kept fairly busy with the girlfriend’s move and renovations on the house, etc.

A couple of weeks ago when things settled down with the move, I opted for a jelqing only routine and over the course of a week worked up to about 1000 jelqs a day. The T-Vein was still there but caused no pain so I continued with the jelq sessions. I took a break for about a week while on holidays and now am ready to settle back into my Penis Enlargementing. I have been sticking with a jelq only routine for the time being and plan on doing about 1000-1500 jelqs per day (time permitting). My biggest problem to date has always been sticking to a routine. I thought if I applied the KISS (keep it simple stupid) approach I might be able to actually MAKE IT a routine. So for now I am sticking to a jelq only routine for about a month and then will probably add in some footlong stretches based on some very inspiring words written by fossiltom.

So my new start date is officially July 10th (300 wet jelqs), July 11th (500 jelqs), July 12th (800 jelqs) and yesterday July 13th (900 jelqs). Naturally I do about a 15+ minute warm up before the jelq session. As a side not, the T-Vein has reduced substantially and my morning woods have never been better. I feel my penis is in good form again and looks forward to the daily workouts. I will add details about today’s workout later.
 
I had a really good jelq workout yesterday (July 14th) – the only challenge seems to be exerting enough pressure to get really good intensity into each jelq – any suggestions? I’ve opted for a two part wet jelq session. In the first part I do the jelqs almost fully erect and perform each jelq for 3 seconds followed by a short pull when the hand reaches the glans. For the second part, I perform a series of rapid 1 second jelqs quickly jelqing from the base to the head and immediately following with the other hand. I’ve read somewhere in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] forums that these short jelqs should help with length gains.

July 14th – 1,000 slow 3 second jelqs + 700 quick 1 second jelqs.
July 15th – 800 slow jelqs + 300 fast jelqs
July 16th – 900 slow + 300 fast jelqs
July 17th – 900 slow + 400 fast jelqs

I Haven't posted an update in quite some time. Here's a short update.

Been mostly jelqing and pumping in the last few months (time permiting) and have definately established a sense of working the routine. I will post an update on my progress and routine if anyone is interested.
