I believe that for some women 6.5" girth is good, but for most it may be too much. I think that 6" would be the perfect girth!

If you had 100 women and shagged them all with 6.5" girth, I would guess about 75% would have trouble with it at first, but a percentage of that would become used to it with time. I would say approx 2/3 would in time adapt to the 6.5" girth, but the 1/3 would not, even though a vagina can adapt, its the psychological factor from the women not wanting such a large penis, not enjoying it as much which prevents anymore development.
The other 25% I think would be not too bad with it, not necessarily taking it easy, but not being split into two by it either.

The answer is yes and no. I know this because I’m 6.3” of girth (with a cock ring on and 6.2” without). To take this size, woman have to be ready with plenty of foreplay (usage of a dildo or vibrator at help to prepare), and lube is a MUST. The first several minutes of sex must be slow as she accommodates the girth (remember the average guy is around 4.5” of girth, so she really needs to stretch). I don't know about that. The Asian females I were with indicated they were willing to enjoy up to 6.5in without any issues. They were petite (4.5 feet to 5 feet tall and skinny at 80 pounds). What is your strategy for this? I can imagine that with pumping you really need to have just enough pressure, just to stimulate maintenance and not to grow bigger. Like 5 Hg or something like that, from time to time only.
Good question regarding strategy going fwd... I'm doing 1-2 days per week slow jelqing, sometimes hanging w/5 lbs weight, pumping 5x5x3 min intervals (or less) between 5-10 Hg. She doesn't want it any thicker cause it hurts. My urologist once told me "use it or lose it" so need to keep it active, healthy and strong.
