I started out small.

Hints: do it every chance you get. Every time you're in the crapper, the shower, alone in a room, just grab your cock and start pulling and jelqing. I think some guys just don't do the exercises hard enough. You have to learn your body and figure out where that fine line is between good workout and injury and then stay right in between. Also, you have to stay positive and motivated. It is very easy to get discouraged or lazy, so DON'T! Also, when you notice that you aren't getting rock hard erections in the morning, it's a sign that you need to take a rest day and let everything heal. I too have concerns about my base girth which seems to lack incomparison to the balance of my manhood. What I am currently trying is throughout the day I do semi erect dry jelqs at the base by pulling my penis out as far as possible and and jelq the base 50 or 60 times. I also do alot of high intensity downward stretches which focus on the ligs to get as much of the inner penis out as possible even though I have a low LOT.

This is all that makes sense to me but if someone has some insight to this comments would be greatly appreciated.
 
i agree,i got a cone i wish i could turn it around my base is 6 5/8's and my head is 4.75'' i wish my whole dick was even at 6 5/8's
 
I agree a bat shape would be better. It may become possible to lock with a woman like two dogs do. That would be great. Imagine her husband throwing hot water on you to get you to unlock. That would be fucking great.

you know what i wouldnt mind a having a dick in the shape of a baseballbat, if was bigger that is. i gotta start Penis Enlargementing consistanly, thats what i most worried about cause im so lazy.well i guess i have nothing to do but give it my best now and see what happens.
 
i was about your size when i started, it's a bitch jelquin but just make sure that you grab around the base and have enough blood to make the dick expand. doesn't have to be 100% just maybe like 80 or so. go from the base and slide all the way to the very bottom of your head. and once you get there pull on the head a lil bit and start the next jelqu right afterward.
 
Another thing to understand is the shape of your penis will change one you start a steady program. I would not worry too much as many of the issues may be resolved through simple Penis Enlargement.

Stretch, queeze, every chance you get.

My personal opinion is, when you're just starting out, that frequency > intensity i.e. don't pull too hard but keep pulling all day if you can. Like every time you take a trip to the toilet, 5 mins stretching. It all adds up.

I have only recently started myself, and started quite small.
I have yet to make erect gains BUT my unit is certainly alot more flexible and I'm sure some gains are just around the corner. When first starting I couldnt even get into an A-stretch but now it's no problem.

i have a little something to say about the 'ol bat. At a tad under 8' bp length i am finding more and more that all the weight in my cock is at the end, as i also have a big head. So basically its pulling my cock downwards a bit. So if i have any advice for ... its to try get rid of it asap, using straight down hanging, clamping (which helps jelqing), slow squash jelqs - anything before it gets to big. Sort it now!
