Like I said I only use it to put some blood i the tissues for recovery and traction is great for me as I can use it conveniently while playing video games, watching a movie or even at work.
It has never happened to me. Also, warmup for a minimum of 20 minutes before starting your pumping/ssj session. 20 minutes of warmup is the minimum time I recommend if you want to have intense and successful pumping/ssj sessions.
I love the girth I have built that is permanent because it is hard and solid. I heard that pumping girth is mainly fluid build up so it is soft and puffy.
