i can definitely tell a difference in pulling harder! Plus I am getting a little excited from it. 😬 not doing any ball n log stretching. I do have a thick rubber ball stretcher I wear some. Guessing not enough

bundled stretching
10min ball n lig stretch
5min straight up, straight out and straight down stretching max effort.

Good stretch 🤩
Had good flaccid hang all day because of morning session, hanged very full and heavy. Love these ball n lig stretches ❤️
 
Before bed session In hot shower

Manual stretching, fulcrum, dld blasters, ball n lig stretch, massage with oil and some jelqing.

Didn't take the time but I was in the shower for almost 40minutes so let's say 25min of stretching/massage and 5min jelqing

Have some soreness in my frenulum, I've stretched it quite a bit and it's a little uneven so it looks like it is breaking almost, but hey, without a frenulum my glans would not bow down so much when retracting my foreskin but let's hope it stretches instead of breaking 😅

Don't break it. Why do you need to stretch it?

I will not try to intentionally break it but with hard manual stretching and bundled stretching it gets real sore sometimes, but it's not a big problem.

The frenulum is tight sometimes so that's why i like to stretch it, for comfort 😅
Why don't I ever experienced this? 🤔

Hard work will always produce better results 💪
