I've been using the Bathmate X-40 for a month and a week now. My erect length is 6 inches and erect girth is 5.5 inches. During my second month of using the Bathmate, I have noticed that I can no longer bear the pain at the base. When good suction is found, I'm 190 inside the Bathmate and my girth fill the Bathmate inside but I'm just 190 inside. The problem is that, I cannot bear the pain at the base. I cannot even keep an erection inside due to this pain. I have the Bathmate X-40 already. Can anyone tell me what to do?
 
you could try to pump only with a light under-pressure,
this results in a smaller width expansion and focuses more on length.

If this doesn't work you have to get a bigger pump.
 
I don't think pumping with a lighter under-pressure is the best because I am looking for girth gains. However, I will give it a try today and if things doesn't go well I will try the X-40. Thanks
 
Go X-40, I'm right there with you and the pain of "Gator Bite" sucks big time!!
It's really holding me back right now as a new X-40 isn't in the cards financially.
Time to go back to trolling for a used..
Too bad Bathmate doesn't have a "Scratch and Dent" sale!!! LMAO

I have both the X-40 and the X-40. I tried to use the X-40 today and my balls were sucked in. I cannot use it without my balls going in. Is it right to just put your dick and balls in there and pump?

Try DLD's 5 x 5. To do this you pump for 5 minutes then jelq for 5 minutes and you do this a total of three times. It's what's known as a super-set. Even if you just want to stick with the Bathmate you will still make good gains. Basically, all people are different and respond better to certain Penis Enlargement exercises more than others. Also, the time it takes to grow varies from person to person. I'm a very slow gainer but I'm sticking in there. Just be consistent and give it your all!:)

Thanks for the info. I am already doing a super set. 10 minutes Bathmate followed by 5 repetitions of 40 secs slow squash jelq. I do this 3 times for girth work and I think including a cable clamp will be great for clamping. I'm currently having problems with shipping. I need it so bad. I will pay extra.

I'm not a newbie, I bought the Size genetics extender back in 2008 and made little gains from it. I also bought a jelq device and made little gains from it as well. I have been doing pe off and on but I've never done it for 3 months consistently yet I made newbie gains that stayed permanently till now. I have done so much jelqs and I can say I am advance in pe. Do you have any idea as to how I get get a cable clamp to be shipped to me in Nigeria?

I am a Nigerian. I was in Germany for holiday and I registered on this site there. Now I am back in Nigeria. I was born and brought up here in Nigeria but I always travel abroad for holidays after school. I don't know where to find the cable clamp in Nigeria. I have checked everywhere.

At the measurement of 8 x 6 do things begin to become tight in the X-40. At this point, if gains are desired beyond this, a X-40 is a good idea.
