I've been on the noobie routine for a few months now and have seen around .5" in increase in length and .25" increase in girth

what should i begin incorperating after a few months of Stretching/Jelqing

I've been increasing quite a bit recently in girth from jelqing, but my length still isn't where i'd like to be at yet

what should i do for length besides these basic stretches
 
actually i started around 5.1 girth, forgot the newbie gains i had when i first started, i've been gaining pretty well for the first few months

Hey BigGainer I have been on the newbie routine for a month now and i am still 5.1, ggogeta has been helping me out with advice wounder if you could do the same.
 
sorry about that, i have 5.1 in length and 5 in girth. just need to make that first gain.
 
make sure you stick with it man and listen to your body

i try to get a good Penis Enlargement session in every night, but if i'm feeling a little sore for any reason, i make sure to give myself a day off, overall it probably ends up 3 days on 1 day off for me

right now, my routine just consists of basic stretching in all directions, then however many jelqs it takes before i feel i've had a good workout afterwards i do a little PC training

i havn't seen the DVD yet

It's quite the same as me. We have the same mentality about Penis Enlargement it seems.

We're keeping it relax, and stop when we feel need to stop. No rush, no stress, exact same routine. :D
 
exactly, i dont see a need to be strict, if i feel i'm rushing i make sure to rest. I'm not trying to stress over Penis Enlargement, i like to make it something i enjoy doing
 
Funny thing we're about the same size... exact same mentality, similar size, hehe..
 
hey, i got the same goal as well 8 by 6!!! i can not wait for the day i get to that!!

My routine is also the same, 30min stretching and 30 mins Jelq, but i can never seem to do the Kegels and when i do i hate them!!! ha

My goal is 8 by 6, but its the girth thats gonna be the bastard!

i have stuck to the newbie routine now and gone from 6 to 7" and 4.5 to 5" in grith! so any advice would be stick to it!!!
 
8 x 6 is my goal. (well 5.5eg and i'll be happy)

ive been peing for 6months stats in sig ;)

just bought a vacutech pump the other day just awaiting its delivery ;)

Got some good gains there mate! wats ur routine! i was thinking of getting a pump but wud have no where to hide it!! let us know how it goes, i did hear that the results are not permanent off them? or is that wrong!?

I would be happy at 5.5 but wud prefer 6!
 
Good job,i started at about 7 x 5.5 too. Now im at 8(at full erection)x 5 3/4. I skipped the newbie routine cuz i hated jelquing,i mostly just did stretching and hanging,it really wasnt hanging bcuz i was using a 40 lb weight i cant actually move but i would just pull hard as i could against that while doing kegels,i think if ur careful and listen to ur body u can go to whatever level u think is safe but im not an expert at all just speakin on the fact i never got injured or never had to take a week off or anything. Now im trying sumthin where i tie my dick to the 40lb weight tying the wrappin material behind my balls and around my dick(it will hurt cutting off circulation to ur balls but i listen to my body) then i do the newbie stretches at the same time while pretty much jerkin,it captures alot of bllod in the dick and i can feel muscles stretching so i hope its the answer for me killin two birds wit one stone,not sure what its called,its mostly just jelquin witout having to worry about a weak grip. I just started,i havent seein gains in a while so ima try this for a while.

pretty much similar to it.

warm up
kegels
wet jelqs
stretching
cool down

gona incorporate pumping as well. and with consistents time and deadication as well as a good routine im sure the pump gains will stay.

Those are sweet gains. I think I am going to do what you are, with just relaxing, and listening to yourself/body. and take time off if necessary. I used to get into the "No pain, No gain", "All or nothing" type philosophy. Then if I missed a workout, I would berate myself, and just give up. Like if I didn't do everything perfect, it was totally useless. Nonsense. Thanks guys.:)
