You all know how i've been bitching about girth lately and saying how this is my last month and all......

Well, when I was clamping through Red's program a few months back and doing 1 on 1 off with 30 mins + of non stop clamping my dick began to lose girth as well as erectile problems.

My new routine, which I outlined in http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?t=17513 , I've found my own personal gold mine. Do my workout on one day til I reach .25 inch expansion. the next day I notice a very slight decrease in girth and not very good wood. Whats the cure you might ask ? I throw in a 20 - 30 minute wet jelq session on my day off. So my hardcore girth routine is 1 on 1 off, with the off day being 20-30 mins of jelqing. I find that one day of jelqing is what my penis needs to be back up to normal girth and ready for a good girth session.

Even though I've only been on this routine for 6 days, my dick has surprisingly tolerated it.


Some days take me longer than others to reach my .25 inch workout expansion goal. First day of the routine took me 40 mins to complete the expansion goal. Then my next workout day took me almost an hour. Today only took me 35 mins but I did 10 mins more to total 45 mins.


I'll let u all now how this goes by the end of the month. I'm hoping this increased confidence might help my girth gains. I'm also hoping this little insight might help any of you struggling in the girth department.
 
Smalls, do you do any jelqing immediately before you jump into your hardcore workouts? If not I would really suggest doing about 100 - 200 jelqs first to warm-up/condition your dick for the trauma you are about to inflict.

I personally believe consistent, intense jelqing should be the staple of all girth work, with the clamping, SSQs, Ulis, H440s, etc. added at the end. I find the more jelqs I do prior to intense girth work, the better expansion I get with less bruising and post-workout fatigue.
 
As I have said to you before, your main battle is the mental aspect.
Battle that and you will feel better and start to see gains.
I posted a nice long post to one of your girth threads recently, but it doesnt seem to have sunk in.

Red, i appreciate everything you've done for me so far. You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink, right ? Telling me to be confident and mentally ready is only leading me in the right direction. I can't artificially make myself think I will be getting gains when deep down, I know i wont be. I needed some sort of stimulus to get me pysched and believe this new routine can make gains.

The other thing is, I dont know if I could quit, even if I wanted to. I've been doing this almost everyday for 11 months. Just stopping wouldnt seem right.

When in doubt, go back to the basics..yet still incorperate advanced tactics with them.

Sounds like you hit a happy medium.. the jelqing will keep the tunica fatigued while not beeing too stressful and interfering with the recovery of the weaker tissues. You will begin to notice that the weaker tissues will strengthen, allowing you to increase training volume, and then you can become a madman like myself and regularily hit the clamp for an hour per day followed by half hour of pumping :D

What has helped me Tremendously with my girth sessions is a cockring. I've been doing the SSJ, Width work, and shaft expansions. I was doing them for about 2 months and my wife said nothing about gains....

I started to work with a cockring and 3 weeks she's telling me how much thicker it is. I can also tell by her face when I first enter. LMAO Haven't seen her make faces like that since pre-baby. My wife knows I Penis Enlargement, but she didn't know I wore a cockring. The cockring has really been good to me. I hope that helps

FWIW - I've been Penis Enlargement'ing for almost 3 yrs...was stuck at 4.5" eg for 2 yrs, made a quick jump to 4.75" last summer and have been stuck there until last week when I joined MOS, conversed w/DLD via email and watched the SSJ video.

I did 10-12 girth supersets from Phase V, clamped. For the first time ever, I achieved a 5.5" (viagra and clamped aided) measurement, and an hour after the workout had a 5.25" (non-clamped measurement). Each workout I strive for the 5.5" girth and although I know part of that measurement is a result of very visible fluid buildup, it's an awesome and inspiring thing to feel in my hands and look at in the mirror.

I''ve got really arthritic hands and only did each half of the supersets for 20-40 seconds. Warmed up and down with a microwave heating pad. That's it.

I'll only do 2 on1/off for now, no other Penis Enlargement'ing (believe me all that expansion leaves the skin feeling very raw). Eventually, I'll work on more length, because, despite my moniker, I'm only 6.5" EBP, 5.75" NBP.
