Fubar,

Love that idea. Have recently started the blasters and they have been kicking my ass. Grip and all. Going to have to try your tugger idea. Have to say the blasters have seemingly given me some new found length as well. So I think this may help me be better able to do them.
 
A-stretch/Blasters
I'm estimating half of the 1.5" I gained came from these.
I knew DLD was onto something when he kept pimping the A-stretch all the time.

It seems to be working well for me so far, good stretch. This is my second week, I am going to give this a month and see if I get any gains by using the tugger this way.

I had a hell of a time keeping the thing on me. Everytime when i would try to pull it would slip right off. Any secrets? Still like the idea. Might try it with the captains wench.

Not sure, maybe I am lucky. I have a lot of skin. Here is what I do in preparation:

1. Apply the tugger as described.
2. Pull only to a decent stretch and hold. This allows my skin to "seat" itself in the tugger. I gradually pull harder until I am comfortable that the tugger is on good.
3. When I do the exercise, I pull outwards to a good stretch, but use my other arm to really enhance the stretch so as to not pull so hard on the tugger directly.
4. Use can always try tapping the tugger on, I have read that other people do this.
