Hey guys, I'd please like to know your opinions on these

1, How much pressure/force should be exerted on the penis when stretching with the LM?

2, Would trapping the LM behind my thighs in a BTC angle and just leaving it there, while standing be enough to get a good stretch? I have tried it, and felt a mild stretch just want to know if its a no good waste of time

Stretch with the force LUKE. You'll feel the difference between a great stretch and a painful stretch. Once you're comfortable, you'll be able to twist while stretching. Then you'll pull harder. Don't worry. Just don't go crazy until your ready. That's called "the lazy ass stretch" by the way lol with the LM. I used to do that all the time while playing a game or reading lol with my LM. Thanks a lot guys. I am really going to get into this now. Used the SG for 3 months gained a little then stopped. Moving on to BIGGER goals :)

Were you consistent with your use of the SG withing that 3 months? At what tension did you use the SG?

Max tension for a minimum of 4 hours a day, have it on for 2 hours and then take breaks in between. . . I gained flaccid length but the .25 erect I gained mostly came from manual stretching.

I used to get hours in a day with the LazyAss Stretches. Whenever I sat there was always a stretch going on:) Between these and the Ace Wrap I think I made a lot of my flaccid hang gains.

I'm surprised you wore it at max tension but your gains aren't big as expected. As for me, I will always add a new extension rod every 30 days no matter what.

Doubt that is possible. . . Can't possibly extend past your actual length, correct me if I am wrong.

It is possible if there is continuous growth. So if someone is in an active state of gaining they can certainly up the bar could until gains slow.
 
Okay guys heres the deal. . . I really want to stretch my penis with the LM, but I am being a bit of a pussy Ironically. Even I can tell that I am being a bit to gentle don't want to stretch too hard and see blood at the tip, happened twice in the past and I HYPER FREAKED out!
 
Oh that's just a problem of your urethra, mine becomes irritated if do my jelqs/ulis too hard. It is sensitive up to two days, and I can't PE the pain bothers me. So just leave it alone until it heals, and do your exercises more carefully.

If you don't have actual pain maybe you are being a puss.

Just be gentle and listen to your body.
 
Lazy ass streches will require a lot of time in order to elicit deformation in the tissues, so 4h/day is not enougth IMO unless that is comparable to 1000g+ of tension that you would get from an extender.

In terms of force used it's a little bit tricky to explain but think at is like this, you're tissues will respond to a stress that is slighly higher then what they're used to(this is required to elicit tissue defirmation), the problem is that once they deform(trough tissue plasticity, colagen secretion and cell division) they also adapt to the stress so that means that the same ammount of tension will produce lower and lower stimulation over this point. This is the reasonehy everyone experiences slow downs or plateous after a few months. In order to keep gaining you'll have to increase the intensity over time(think increasing weight while hanging or number of sets/hours wearing extender). So an answer will be, start with a tension that you feel gives you a good strech and increase over time, this is why is critical to start with the lowest ammount of tension so you'll have a lot of reserve for later.

Eventually the tissues will stop responding to the specific exersice all togheder rgardles of the amount of tension used and at this point you'll have to take a decon break and start with a new routine.

You are right but at the time I could not afford the SizeGenetics or JES (same device) they were starting at $900 and went as high as $1200. LazyAssStretches is what I did instead. I spent hours doing them and I have to think that they did help with gaining length, even if it was in a healing setting.

why dont you try the inner penis stretching they can be better for you the base odf the penis gets in the chamber nn start your session stretching gradually until you get a stronger stretching
