Thanks DLD. . . However, I got a lil problem. So was doing my regular stretches earlier to day (15mins sets) , hoping to get in a one hour session. Was at the 30 mins mark when I noticed blood again! Not much, just a drop, no pains (even when I pee or get erect). So I stopped immediately. Question is should I resume tomorrow or take some days off? I don't feel any pain and I don't want to slow down my progress. . . However, I don't to have a 10 incher that's USELESS too, if you get my point. Thanks a lot.

Take a break and check yourself properly. If possible wait for a whole week before resuming.

Think that's exactly what I'd do. . . Such a shame was really getting fatigued and sore ligs. I think I made some micro gains too lol.

The pains you are having will make gains come quickly. Just take the break and after the break is over, start slowly.

Soreness is king of indicative of gains early in the game (or later when a more intense exercise is introduced). Micro gains will become macro gains with commitment and consistency. If you are too sore to stretch give yourself some time off, but if you can make it through the soreness do so. I always trained through fatigue.

No. Just try again today and if no blood comes forward you are all set. When I had this happen I took one day off and I was straight.
 
Hi Guys,

I've had the lengthmaster now for a while and the stretch is insane. I would highly recommend it. However, I've started to get discolouring and don't want to keep missing sessions as I want the discolouring to go away. Has anyone got any ideas on what to do? that will work side by side so I can continue to grow.

Never have heard of discoloration with stretching exercises. Are you doing any girth work? If so what?
 
I got a bathmate as well but stopped using it about 2 months ago to see if the discolouring would go away and just continued with the lengthmaster. At the moment no I've only been doing length work.
