Lately i've been doing so crazy clamping exercises and i've been getting so really good expansion, infact i started at 5'' 2 weeks ago, and since then i haven't really dropped blow 5 1/4 even after 2-3 days no pe!
the expansion i usually get is to 5 3/4'', so from 5'' to 5 3/4 in on session (actualy 5 1/4, but im not sure if it's been cemeted yet so i still measure from 5'')
Now, i the expansion usually goes like this, i get to 5 3/4 and ill be their for most of the dday a good 5-7 hours then by night im usually down to 5.5.
When i wake in the morning im still 5 1/4and that usually last for the next 1-2 days, then after 2 days i usually drop down to 5 and 1/8.
so as you can see, i a little confused because the expansion i get is so big, and last so long, days infact, but i know that if i do leave it it will evetually dwindle down to around 5''.

Am i gaining, i know its only been few weeks, and im not saying im disapointed in any way, i just want to know what those of you that have gaoned significant girth have found to be good indicator of gains??:(:)
 
Just keep going man! Those gains will become cemented in time.

There's no better indicator of making gains than seeing it on the tape!
 
Use a tape measure to monitor your progress.

I didn't bother to check mine for over a month and suddenly found that I had exceeded my girth goals in about a month.

I am currently 8.5 BPEL, 6.0 glans, 7.0 mid, 8.0 base, starting from about 6.0 BPEL and an estimated 4.5 level girth, I remember feeling like I had a pencil dick, hence the reason for my interest in PE.

My pursuit now is for 10.5 BPEL, mostly for my own gratification, knowing that I could do it.

There a duplicated posts documenting my experiences on several PE web sites to answer any questions.

I have been waiting for the classic requests for photos which I am still deliberating.
At my age of 60+ I shouldn't care.

Girth needs to be charted by tape or string and watched closely that you are measuring in the same place using the same method. I can also go by my hands and the way it feels and how much of my fingers I can get around it but measuring is always more accurate. Your girlfriends reaction to sex can also shed some light on growth:)

Thanks DLD:), and yes that's exactly what i do also with the measuring tape, i get a TONE of expansion that last for several hours, im just wondering how long it will be before it gets cemented?
Funny thing is, since starting 2 weeks ago, i've only gone back to my original girth of 5'' once, the rest of the time i usually stay at 5 1/4 for 1-2 days, then shrink down to 5 1/8, but never back down to 5'', i'm really looking foreward to cementing the 1/4, and knowing that im now 5 1/4 even if i don't pe for a while, ill be really happy becuase ill finally know that im actually cementing my progress! LMAO
 
I also had a question about girth gains, when you reach your goal do you have to go past .25-.5 just like in length gains or just go into a maintenance routine?
 
You need to go 0,5 beyond and maintain it.

i would of though when your flacid girth is increasing would be a good indicator too , as if it starts bigger would make sense it gets bigger :) . also staying hard after workout for a while would help as its staying in its expanded state much like what dld said the srt routine an clamping would help the girth gains

My routine for the past month has been non-stop, with no rest.
As a result, I can not get a true measure of my flaccid state.

My past gains have always retreated once I rest for a few weeks, hence the need to overshoot.
Sort of like aiming high on long shots.

For me it was easy to know I was gaining in girth because of a couple things; my old cock ring is now too small to use any time pumped or regularly erect and I now can't fit in my SG extender base after doing any kind of PE. I used to be able to use it anytime flaccid or erect.

You always want to shoot for a little past the goal so when you settle into a permanent size you end up where you want to be. Usually 1/2" is plenty.
 
OK, after about 4 weeks of extreme exercising I took off for one day.

This AM's wood was beyond rock hard, it was like concrete.
I could not enclose my hand around it until almost to the glans.
The glans remained soft though, something I've always had.

So I guess my major gains in girth are now "cemented in".

That is a sure sign of gaining girth.

Excellent that eq is good on a day off after such hard work, it shows real resilience!

You have to train girth consistently for up to 5 or 6 months before looking out for gains. By the time you have trained for 6 months, you will see the gains clearly with your eyes in flaccid and erect state. Without measuring you will see your gains clearly.
