well mate...to put things simply... i always had tremendous erections, always very very hard as in almost painfully hard... now things are much different after gaining both lengh and girth after a full year and a half just doing things half assed at the very most, i.e, jelquing for 10 minutes and stretching for 5. Things changed for me... but only in size and speed...i can now gain an erection in mere seconds, maintain it for just about as long as i want it to, always keep it 120% engorged in blood ( and let me say, it is a huge amount of blood at the size am at right now).
Sensitivity has gone UP and not down like i first thought it would, in general all is much much better now.
I must say i never really did go overboard and do stuff like hanging, clamping, twisting, squashing, pumping or insane amounts of jelqs so i may be the exception to the rule of consistency.
I prefer to go slow and steady instead of quick and dangerous.
All in all, my life is MUCH better and i am a better man because of all this and my mates here.
Caution is always a friend but if you always wait all the risks out then you may never get anywhere in life. Some risks are there to be taken or just watch the train go by without ever being in it.
P.s. Ohh and by the way, i never did do kegels, maybe i already had a strong PC muscle but well, i don't do them
