After doing pe for about 7 months, i've gained .25 in girth. I started to worry about my veins form the constant jelqing and squezes. They were always prominant, but after pe they got huge. Which i thought was awesome. How can't you like the vascular look? But, I started to notice less firmness and less time I could remain erect. This lead me to investigate. I came across something called horse chestnut. It strengthens the walls of your veins. With the extreme pressure pe creates, I see a total use for this. I bought some and took a week off from girth. I noticed my erections got better. Don't know if it was form horse chestnut or an increase in libido. Just though i'd mention hosre chestnut to the pe community. Any thoughts?

I just took a week off of girth, not maturbation. But, you're right. It's very possible that my erections were stronger form taking the week off. But my veins are very large and have always been a worry for me. I'm mainly taking it as a precaution. I'd rather be on the safe side. This stuff is proven to work. It's a treatment for vericose veins. I do kegel and i quess it would be a herb. You can get it at GNC.

Really? How large are they?
And what's your dosage of the horse chestnut? How many milligrams a day?

I just was at the health food store here in my small town and bought some of that horse chestnut but it is also called horsetail herb. I'm going to try it for my training instead of taking aspirin, I got 2 oz of it and will try it in a tea before Penis Enlargement and my workouts. I paid about $1.50 CDN dollars an ounce.

A member T-birdy claims having bigger veins only increases blood outflow which is bad.
I have a very veiny dick and recently they've gotten bigger. Since then my erection quality has suffered a good deal. You might wanna lay of girth for a time.

How big are your veins? Check out http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?t=17107 for an article I wrote on this subject. The number and size of my veins/arteries have grown dramatically over the course of my Penis Enlargement, and my erections have never been harder. Never. Not even during the peak of my teens.

AlbertaBeef, horsetail and horsechestnut are not the same thing. Horsetail is a source for silica, not that it is a bad thing. By the way, I'm also from a small town in Alberta, Hydromaxmmm.

Ya, I was looking into it yesterday and you're right. The plug that runs the store obviously steered me wrong, I'll wait until our flood is over and go bitch slap him. Thanks though bud.

my veins have also gotten huge...this must be a common thing amongst Penis Enlargement'ers...lets hope this isn't bad ?:(

Well they've always been big and now their bigger. Anywho I'm no expert but t-birdy claimed that when you stop Penis Enlargement you might not have them hard erections no more which is what happened with me. If you take a break sometime maybe you can get back to us on the subject the more info we have the better.

well, take me for example. My veins have gotten really really noticeable and huge. I even have a huge one going down the whole shaft, and other crazy veins everywhere. Now I don't really mind, as long as my unit isn't being hurt by them. I mean, bigger veins means more blood flow right?? Idk. I can tell you that after doing some intense Penis Enlargement yesterday today I woke up with a ridiculous hard-on that would NOT go away....as soon as I woke up.... ?:(

I did a little research on this chestnut, because I was going to get it. It sounds good in one aspect of making sure no blood is leaking out of your veins and such, but in the same tolken "The active compound in horse chestnut, aescin, performs an antioxidant function and has a general vasoprotective role by protecting collagen and elastin (the two chief proteins that form the structure of veins). By protecting these key vessel proteins, veins and capillaries stay strong and maintain their structural integrity when exposed to stress. " from http://www.supplementwatch.com/supatoz/supplement.asp?supplementId=168

To me that = no gains. If everything is being defended, but its possible that it wouldn't effect the erectile tissue and tunica much, but i think tunica is all elastin and cologin. I may be wrong though.

Hi I am a medical student. A high peripheral vein pressure could not be good as the vein valvas (don't know the English word) are getting damaged. This is seen in older people with limited pumping acting toward the heart from peripheral tissues, for example the legs. As the pumping function decrease, veins are getting more prominent. The smooth muscle layer in the wall is getting damaged or becoming weaker by age. This could be a result of high blood pressure or working proffessions where you stand all day without using your muscles, teachers are a good example. These veins loose their function and are often taken away...

While exercising veins are getting more prominent. Blood flow increase when you work out and muscles help to push blood back to the heart. Absolutely not harmful. Exception might be distance runners who grow really big hearts.

When we do a squeeze. What happens is that the arterial pressure increases dramatically, and as a result of this veins valvas contract to push blood toward the heart. But as our hands are stopping the blood it is getting trapped. To lower the pressure vein and arterial walls are elastic and increase in volume. I have often thought this might damage the muscle layer, but it could be this layer stretches too and adapts in Penis Enlargement.... Pumping action from arteries do, just like muscles push venous blood back to heart... Increased girth = increased diameter of pumping action which would lead to better overall circulation system in the dick. Thats my statement, please keep this thread going....

When it comes to capillaries, these can not be enlarged! They do not even have a cell membrane so it is impossible, or have you heard something else?

I can do a little research if you show interest in this thread... I have lots of books in cell biology....

My take on Penis Enlargement is to be safe rather than sorry. I know Penis Enlargement is completely safe when done correctly. But, I think we all have crossed the lines at one time or another. My ultimate goal is a bigger penis, but not at the risk of breaking the only one I got. My thoughts on horse chestnut were that the healthier my veins were, the better off I'd be. From my understanding, functional veins with proper working valves will hold more blood in the penis without any clamping. Furthermore, Franchise brought up a great point. If your protecting the things that make up your penis, it will be harder to break them down in order to rebuild. Interesting take on it. Didn't even occur to me. Baraka, I have two large veins, the top and the side, they look to me about the same size of a Bic pen. I've read that the vein on the top, the one I'm most worried about, supplys blood for the skin of the penis and the more important veins for maintaining an erection are inside the penis. Is this correct?

DECOW:
It would be great if you did a little research. Mainly what I'm concerned about is an issue brought up awhile ago in a post. Specifically the argument was veins = blood outflow so technically bigger veins would mean more blood LEAVING the penis during an erection. Which in turn would result in weaker erections. The member t-birdy specifically theorized that during Penis Enlargement veins and arteries in the penis expand but once you stop the arteries return to normal while the veins stay the same size leading to weaker erections after Penis Enlargement. I'd really like to hear your opinion on this idea, is it plausable/possible?

Also about the horse chestnut, you aren't enlarging your dick by expanding veins thats just a sife effect really. Its the expansion of the chambers that causes the increase in size. You DO NOT WANT VEINS TO BREAK OR RUPTURE so this horse chestnut might be a very good supplement to make Penis Enlargement safer. Of course as always we need much more research.
