I am uncircumcised and wanted some advice from others as to what is the most effective way to use the bib starter..when i first started i was retracting my skin all the way..I felt a good pull on my ligs but I had to make my bib really tight resulting in my glands turning purple during sets. I did it this way for about a month. I didnt measure but I can feel a little flacid gains. It looks the same erect as it was beforel. eq went down a little bit which is why I started doing research to see if I was doing things wrong and came across several posts of people saying they hang with there foreskin forward. I tried doing this but it felt like i was getting more skin stretch than anything..I know you are supposed to stretch your skin to accomodate a bigger penis but I cant help but feel this method is counterproductive..If somebody was cut and hanging I feel it would be the same as somebody that was uncut hanging with the foreskin retracted..I just don't want to be wasting time doing it the wrong way. Has anybody hung with there foreskin foreword and experienced gains besides just skin stretching? Its been driving me crazy trying to find out exactly how to do this...pls if anybody knows anything about this let me kno...thx
 
You want the stress to be directed towards your ligaments, not the foreskin, if the skin takes up most of the stretch, the skin will enlarge, not the penis. Retracting the foreskin and attaching the Bib you are hitting the ligaments and tunica as the skin is no longer taking up the stretch.
 
rite on man...finallly a response..that is exactly how i feel but theres been so much contradicting information out there..should i retract it all the way?

As long as it is not too painful retract all the way. If you feel a little bit of foreskin gives a fusion, feel free to do that, as long at the ligaments are taking up most of the stretch.

thx for ur time..did you hang uncut with the bib starter as well? if so how were ur gains? the only problem i have when i retract is tht i have to put the hanger on tighter making the glands purple. it goes back to the regular color after about 10 15 min but do you think this could create permanent damage in the long run?
 
and as far as my eq is there a certain period of time before the penis becomes conditioned to the hanging and goes back to normal or is it a bad sign
 
If I try to hang with foreskin retracted, the hanger just slides forward no matter how tight and toward the base I put it (it hurts if too tight aswell). But like you if you leave it forward it just pulls the skin.

Also if I try to have a tiny bit of blood in the penis to create a bit of an anchor, the hanger makes it feel like clamping for 10 minutes and the forskin gets fluid buildup which hurts for next time. Hanging is insanely hard lol
 
These concerns are the reasons I never really did a lot of hanging. I respect to the glans discoloration, this happens because of the great restriction you are creating with heavy weight, after the weight is removed, color should return. This is not always the case and some men do get longer forms of discolorations to different degrees. Fluid buildup happens when the wrap is uneven or there is a significant wrinkle in the skin, under the hanger. In order to hang weight with success one needs to master wrapping.

so did u just give up hanging or what is your method now a days. The way I've been doing it lately is hang with my skin retracted and after 10 min i take a quick 30 seconds to a minute break to restore circulation to my penis and then finish my set off with another 10 min..i've noticed some flaccid gain..not much but no erect gains.

isnt hanging the best method to getting length gains or do you recommend something else

Hey man,

I don't even attempt to hang anymore haha, I just can't seem to grasp it. I've got the Kingsnakes hangers (both types)...both slip off =P. It's annoying because I really want to be able to hang, I know it would bring some big gains, quite frustrating.

Some guys just do not work well with hanging, thank God there is stretching and extending.
