I am uncircumcised and wanted some advice from others as to what is the most effective way to use the bib starter..when i first started i was retracting my skin all the way..I felt a good pull on my ligs but I had to make my bib really tight resulting in my glands turning purple during sets. I did it this way for about a month. I didnt measure but I can feel a little flacid gains. It looks the same erect as it was beforel. eq went down a little bit which is why I started doing research to see if I was doing things wrong and came across several posts of people saying they hang with there foreskin forward. I tried doing this but it felt like i was getting more skin stretch than anything..I know you are supposed to stretch your skin to accomodate a bigger penis but I cant help but feel this method is counterproductive..If somebody was cut and hanging I feel it would be the same as somebody that was uncut hanging with the foreskin retracted..I just don't want to be wasting time doing it the wrong way. Has anybody hung with there foreskin foreword and experienced gains besides just skin stretching? Its been driving me crazy trying to find out exactly how to do this...pls if anybody knows anything about this let me kno...thx
