Hey guys, I have been doing P.E. now for about a year with decent gains. I started slightly above average at 6.75 x 5.75. After about 6-8months of casually using the Bathmate with basic up,down, left, right, out stretching I'm currently at 7.5 x 6. For the last 3-4 months, I have been using my new Bathmate x40 extreme with pump attachment to try and get some more girth gains. I have been following DLD's routine with 2-3, 5-7minute sets, super setting with SSJ's in between. So far, I haven't made any significant gains in length or girth. So basically I've hit my first plateau.

My current goal is to reach 8 x 6.25. In my reading, I came across this article which made a lot of sense to me:

http://www.thundersplace.org/penis-enlargement/focus-your-pe-and-gain-tgc-theory.html

I want to give it a shot, but according to the article I should be doing about 80% length work and 20% girth work.(This is assuming the tunica is my limiting factor.) The only stretches I currently do mainly hit the ligaments. I was looking for some stretches that I could focus on that would mainly target my penis tissue (esp. the tunica.)

With that being said should I just invest in a size genetics extender? Is their any manual stretches that target the tunica specifically?

Any and all suggestions are greatly appreciated!

to work the tunica, do various bundled stretches

Thanks man can't believe I haven't heard of these before! Have you had good results with them?

I've never stayed consistent for much more than a month, so my gains have only been in the centimeters, but this go around, I'm sticking with it. I'm about 2 or 3 weeks in. I'll let you know what kind of gains I make over the months. It definitely takes time. But bundled stretches are always really popular and super intense

Do you do bundled straight out stretches? What types do you exactly do?

search for Blue whale's stretches. I do them bundled straight out, bundled lazy ass stretches, DLD blasters (bundle and wrap it around your wrist) then blue whale's stretches (my favorites) where you twist it, then grab it by the head and wrap it around your knuckles, using your fist for leverage and intensity. I can't explain it well, so it's best if you find the thread on them lol
