Hi guys Im a Personal Trainer in a Gym and I usually do 10hour shifts 5 days a week.

I WISH I could follow some of the rouitnes on her but I simply cant.

I have an extender and Bathmate. Im 6" long by 6" thick.

I want 8" long by 8" thick. I Pump 15-20mins in the shower in the morning and stretch as much as hard as I can in the extender for 1 hour a night. Could I achieve my goals in 2yrs?

Not with that routine. Neither method you use for that amount of time daily will give you the results you want. I'm just being honest. If you're pressed for time, go with more aggressive STRETCHING with your hands vs just the extender which does not use much tension at all. An extender is meant as an "add on" to go along with a routine...not as a device you use alone and expect big gains from. You need an aggressive stretching routine and an equally aggressive girth, or clamping routine. Just an extender and a pump won't get you 2x2 in gains in two years. I don't care who you are. I'm not talking out of my ass either, been around the Penis Enlargement community for about 12 years now. I've seen it all.
 
Hmm, my penis is quite conditioned and I did see the cable ties method.

Thats a 'handsfree' method that I could use for girth. Appreciate your honesty and I am open to trying new methods but I have limitations as my jobs quite active and involves long hours.
 
well, you might always be the lucky dude who gets this with little effort, but overall I'd side with swm.
I'd think about something to do in the morning followed by an ADS.
Maybe you could wear ADS weights if you're standing most of the time. It's all about experimenting.
 
Hey SK, Ive thickened by 0.5" in the last 3months but no extra length. Ill look into the ADS though, thanks!
 
You might want to try the LengthMaster if you have the time for it. 15 minutes a day will give you length gains if you do it right. Just look at my progress log.
 
LengthMaster looks interesting but tbh Im quite pissed off that after spending £200 Im not as well equipped as I was led to believe.

I agree I need more tension, so Ive split my extender and attached a 4kg kettlebell - time to see some results in length!
