Hello All,

This perhaps could have been placed in the foreskin restoration area, but I am not really looking to restore my foreskin. For my own curiosity and experimentation with Penis Enlargement, I would like to lengthen the skin on my shaft considerably. (I am not worried about appearances or anything)

I have found that the tightness, or rather low elasticity, of my penis skin is highly prohibitive to my stretching exercises. The pain from stretching the skin, I believe, severely restricts my ability to stretch my deeper tissues that are not nearly as stressed as the skin is. I know about "common" things like vitamin E, cortisone, etc., but I am interested what you all think is the best at helping expand the skin under tension.

Besides, I want to try out a theory I have about having excessive skin at some point. Just to blather on a little about that. :D As the cs and cc expand to allow more blood into them, they at the same time compress the area outside of the tunic which allow blood to leave the penis, creating a pressure differential, and thus the erection. (nothing that you guys don't know :D) Well the theory I would like to work on is this: The compression of those "return" areas is dependent upon the outer skin being limited in size or expansion, so it takes place between the outside of the tunica and the inside of the skin. However, if we expand this skin, I think that it may help in increasing in girth more quickly. (Although it might hinder erections slightly until we can fill the excessive skin again. :D I know...I am crazy.

Anyway, my skin is quite tight as it is, and I would really like to hear what you all think is the best topical or oral supplement to help in expanding the skin while performing Penis Enlargement.

Tom

P.S. And no, I don't want to insert balloons and inject them with saline solution like the plastic surgeons are fond of doing now. :D

Maybe a "good topic", but I am finding that it is one with very little research associated with it. Which is surprising given the many applications of skin tissue expansion for cosmetic and medical purposes. Almost all the doctors are enraptured and patting themselves on the back with skin expanders used subdermally. Which is fine. But there is almost no studies on non-invasive techniques. (As a side note: a lot of the research done and practiced on the general idea of skin expansion is good news to the Penis Enlargement community, as it relates to more confirmation of accelerating mitosis under stress of collagen fibers indirectly. :D)

Anyway, they are having so much success with invasive ballooning techniques that there is little going on in looking at alternative non-invasive techniques. I guess that I will be left with the less spectacular, and somewhat anecdotal, evidence of topical testosterones, cortisones, general coconut oils, vitamin E, etc. that really have no major effect.

If anyone finds some sound research or even has some personal anecdotal success with efficient skin expansion techniques, ointments, supplements, or whatever, please help me out. I really want to test some theories, as well as increase my ability to perform Penis Enlargement more efficiently. Otherwise, conventional techniques will probably take at least two months for any significant skin expansion before I can even begin to learn anything or get any improvement.

Try a few different things to see what works best for you:
Aloe Vera
Hydrocortisone
Gold Bond ointment
Vitamin E capsules
Olive Oil
Bag Balm
Athletes Foot ointment (clotrimazole, myconizole, tinactin, things like that)

And the list is almost endless.
One problem just might be crappy water in your town, try putting some of these on right after a shower- when your skin is dry to the touch, but still moisturized from the shower.

Maxameyes,

Thanks, it seems that that is pretty much where I am being left off at. I guess the subdermal expander industry is keeping major pressure (:D) on the medical community to not look into non-invasive skin expansion. Some of the expanders are even DOUBLING skin surface area in as little as four weeks, so there probably won't be any studies or experiments by the medical community for some time in this area.

I think that I will start with the very cheapest, easiest, and common stuff to start with. I have seen that a lot of foreskin restoration forums across the web still advocate EVOO, vitamin E for those without presciptions for betamethasone and such. Oh well, now I will have to tug and smell like olives for two months for a 1/4" of new skin. :D

[Update on info about tissue expansion]

I found some techniques and chemicals being used by some studies into expanding tissue more rapidly during mitosis accelerated by traction.

1. One study used this cocktail: prostaglandin E2, hyaluronidase and colchicine.

2. Anticontractile agents identified by other studies: papaverine and cytochalasin D

3. Collagen crosslink interference agents: dimethylsulfoxide and beta-aminopropionitrile

Haven't found non-prescription sources for any of these yet, so if I do, I will let everyone know. If anyone already does know OTC sources, please let me know.

I read some were when I was researching ball stretching that shea butter was good for promoting better skin elasticity. I got some but haven't used it that much. It was recommend for that so why not penis skin.

Use 1500mg of evening primrose oil a day, 5 minutes of a hot wet flannel before and after stretching and a vibrator on the target area because vibrations help with super-stretching.

Im probably wrong but wouldn't a pump provide almost the same force used by the saline balloon under the skin? If you applied it for alot of hours a day? Someone here was talking about all day pumping a while back. I wonder how that went....

Thanks Brothers,

Yes I have seen the shea butter mention on several foreskin restoration sites around the web. Some swear by it for those who can't get a prescription for a steroid cream. Haven't heard of the primrose oil....will definitely read up on it.

A pump COULD provide the same force as the balloon, BUT I have seen no one who could be in a pump twenty-four hours a day. The saline balloons are inserted and remain in place at all times, and are subsequently "inflated" further over time. Show me a pump that one wears at all times, and a pump will be as effective I suppose. (However, I don't like the idea of having a vacuum on the urethra at all times...I think that that is asking for trouble)

However, doctors have used constant vacuum pressure far below what some "pumpers" use to "exercise" on a continuous basis while treating wounds. NPWT (negative pressure wound therapy) for anyone interested in the partial vacuum pressures used and durations...

Thanks again Brothers. And the journey continues :D
