So after a month of higher tension sets of stretching and using jelqing with a ring I have arrived at the conclusion that both are not as effective as what's been reported about using an extender in the conventional sense. Which actually is fine with me, it's a bit obnoxious using it that way and the constant breaks to do girth work are a bit much. Disheartened by a gainless month. But at least I'm sure what doesn't work.

So the new routine will just be 8-10 hours extending daily with a single session of edging with a ring for 30 minutes during the day and another when I'm finished, followed by a warm down with the bathmate.

I only noticed a better flaccid hang over the past weekend with just the extending and warm down. So basically seeing better results from off days. Hopefully I'm able to get something out of it.

Like you said, at least now you know what doesn't work.

I would definitely try the 8-10 hours of daily extending if you can manage it, but maybe extending itself just isn't showing you results. Again, try it, but you wouldn't be the first to not gain from extending.

Well that's about all I have at my disposal. So if it doesn't work I'm out of luck. Can't stretch manually. Hanging would suffer the same issues. It's pretty much this or I'm sol.

I'm actually operating under the assumption that the high tension was causing too much retraction for any gains to be made. I thought if I addressed that with a few hours at light tension it would it wouldn't be a problem. After 3 days at light tension my flaccid was about an inch longer after my warm down.

I am fairly certain I was just overtraining my length. So I am not totally hopeless yet. But I am pretty sure I can manage close to 300 hours a month at the tension I used for this past weekend. I know it's often said flaccid gain is a good indication. Just staying committed to making gains. Just not fun to be wrong or not gain. At least I'm conditioned to wear this thing as much as I want to. So not a total loss.

I'm a noob, but maybe you should do hanging too instead of just extending?

Can't hang without a vac attachment. Vac attachment hangers really don't cut it for meaningful hanging. Just a lame situation with foreskin that really won't cooperate. Really can't even do normal stretching.

What if you jerry-rig a bib type hanger that will attach at a lower point?
Don't give up so easy I built my first air pump today I was looking for parts for over a week lol

Don't know, but I'm pretty sure my ligs are tapped out for gains. I am pretty sure a lower attachment is going to focus on stretching my skin. The vac extender really feels like it works well at targeting the inner penis and I am fairly certain it should work for me if I use it as directed. I just need to give it a go without trying to be a pe prodigy.

I did at least shut down two theories for future pe'rs. Save a little time and energy for another pioneer. My length ideas have routinely tanked.

I think I brought up extending for longer periods of time per set before but if I remember correctly you were doing your 30 minute then off with the extender routine.

I hung in the past doing 20 minute sets, and I currently hang for just 2 sets of 1 hour a piece with a Bib hanger. I have seen MUCH faster results this time around, and I firmly believe this is because the longer the penis is under tension without stopping the further the penis gets stretched. My belief is that over the course of an hour or more long set the penis gets pulled a tiny fraction more and more, but if you take off the tension frequently it springs back and has to start over again.

Now that you plan to use slightly lower tension I would highly recommend that you experiment with doing 2 hours or more of straight extending before you take it off. I truly believe that if you do 2 hour or more sets at a time then you will see the results you are looking for. Correct me if I am wrong, but you did say you are now okay with your vac attachment, so this shouldn't be a problem right?

If you do decide to do this I would be extremely excited to see the results.

I'm actually fine extending for the full 8 hours. At this point I'm only taking it off to pee. I may even cut out girth work to the warm down and edging with a ring for extended periods of time every other day. Just a good idea for cementing.

I am convinced the high tension just doesn't work. Like I said, 3 days of normal extender use and my flaccid was pretty nice. My girl estimated it was almost twice it's normal size flaccid.

So let me get this straight, you're saying that the high tension was leading to a sort of snap back effect?

Sorry to double post, but I also forgot to ask, did you measure your BPFSL and see any difference? I was wondering earlier if you at least saw any gains in flaccid length even though you didn't see any in erect length.

It is a common theory that stretching too hard will cause the penis to retract. Causing you to actually lose length. It did actually occur to me early on that retraction was happening. I can only attribute not losing to the ring edging I was doing.

You need to add manual bundled stretches to your extender sessions. You don't have to wear the extender for more than 4 hours daily if you are doing at least 20 minutes of manual bundled stretches even with a broomstick.

Another thing, you need to always increase the tension on the extender every 15 minutes in each 1 hour session of wearing the extender.

The assumption is correct that lower tension at longer hour will do well in stretching. As @huge-girth mention, there must be an additional variable stretch routine to add into the mix and not just hang with heavier weight. When I actively hang with heavier weight, I mimick the bundle stretches based using positions of the semi active hanging method, such as behind the cheeks, left, right, outwards, upwards, etc. don't just hang straight down in too high of an intensity and forget the rest. The ADS will cement that extra tension and prior stretches of the fibrous tissues.

I use the ADS 12 to 16 hours a day, with extra hang/bundle stretches methods and Bathmate. However, each person's physiology is slightly different for adaptive periods before the rapid growth, follows by new adaptive periods with new adaptive growth phases (even at a slower pace). Just need to find the best routines for yourself at each growth phases.
