In this post I am going to outline some of the most TOP SECRET techniques used to increase the size of the penis. Some of these techniques you've probably heard about, some you probably haven't but what makes these techniques so special and top secret, is the incredible results they yield once combined together into a strong and consistent routine.

WARNING:

Penis Enlargement is all experimental. The devices used, the methods of use and the intensity. It is VERY IMPORTANT to discover your own limits and only use these techniques as a GUIDE to improve on your own routine based on your physical limits.

Some of these techniques may sound strange and some may sound painful, yes they are strange and yes some are in fact painful.

I am going to list the TOP 5 techniques I use in my routine each day and explain how effective they are.

1) Ice Water.

I never start or end a Penis Enlargement session without freezing my dick and balls off. This is a very important and very secret technique. Many people talk about it, but rarely you find anyone who has actually participated in this for an extended period of time. When your penis is exposed to cold water, the circulation of blood to the penis is limited because your body has a natural built in response to keep more blood in the vital organs, mainly the heart, lungs and brain. When your penis is exposed to cold water, it is in fact at its smallest possible size. Stretching your penis while in this state, one would logically think it would yield the greatest possible stretch. This is in fact true.

I will give you a simple scientific analogy to help explain how this works.

Think of the penis as a rubber band. The bigger the rubber band the less tension is required to stretch it, the smaller the band, the more tension is required. When your penis is warm and full of blood, it is just like a large rubber band, it will easily stretch with minimal tension. When your penis is cold, and at it's smallest, it is just like a small rubber band. It takes much more tension to stretch it.

You will feel the strongest possible stretch with the most limited probability of injury if you use ICE WATER stretching.

THINGS TO AVOID

It's very difficult to do girth work in ice water because the whole point of using ice water is to limit the amount of blood in the penis, for this reason, please AVOID girth work and try and maintain flaccid through the routine.

2) Rubber Band Clamping

This technique was introduced to me by a female friend who worked in the adult movie industry. Male �naked people movies� actors take pride in their penis and spend many hours warming it up before they begin filming. Rubber bands are used to cut off circulation to the penis and trap blood within the shaft and veins. This technique is the safest clamping technique available because the restricted blood which increases the penis size can escape when the penis begins to expand too fast or if an unexpected erection occurs. The bands can easily be cut or broken if any pain or discomfort occurs, the bands are also very cheap and disposable.

The bands are the most effective way to clamp because you can increase and decrease the blood flow in and out with great precision. Unlike other devices used to clamp, they are limited in the control over the flow of blood, and some can become stuck on your penis and need to be medically removed (How embarrassing)

To increase, decrease, or completely cut off the flow of blood to the penis, just add and or remove the bands in relation to your goals and physical limits.

3) Duct tape

This is probably the strangest and most retarded sounding technique, but it works so who cares.

Grab your flaccid or erect dick, slap some electrical or duct tape around it, from just below the glans to the base. Slap it around your nuts if you really want. Don't tape your dick up too tight, you still want circulation. This technique can be used for length and girth. The tape will need to be worn for a minimum of 5 hours daily for a period of about 4 months to see any reasonable results. Using tape is a great, safe and comfortable alternative to wearing a dick extender when certain situations would prevent you from doing so. Example, at work, in the office, swimming, etc. You can easily piss with the tape on and accidental erection aid in girth development.

4) CREATINE

Bodybuilders take the supplement creatine to allow muscles to look, feel and appear larger than they actually are, over time this becomes semi permanent and thus increases the size of their muscles. The way creatine works is quite complex and this isn't a science nutrition thread so I'll avoid the complexity and get straight to the point. There are muscles within the penis, they are TINY smooth muscles and they control blood flow around the penis. The penis itself though is not a muscle and is mostly composed of spongy tissue that fills with blood when it is erect. Creatine helps relax the small muscles within muscle fibres to allow more blood flow into the muscle, the same concept works with the penis. Taking creatine daily before and after any Penis Enlargement routine will IMPROVE your penis all round. Girth, length and harder erections.

You will need to follow a bodybuilding loading cycle when using creating if you want to maximize your gains. You will also need to manually stimulate the penis into a semi or erect state for periods of up to an hour to maximize potential growth. This is probably the most secret technique available and many bodybuilders discuss this in the gyms and on bodybuilding forums. Bodybuilders are the masters of physical development so taking their advice is advisable.

5) CONSISTENCY

Be consistent. The more you actively exercise your penis, the faster you'll see results.

1- in my opinion that's the quickest way to injure your dick if done before stretching, maybe unless you stretched low tension, but icing afterwards could be worthwhile.

2- lots of users also use cable cuffs (cable clamps), hair ties, cock rings and have good results.

3- duct tape and electric tape??? That's a bit extreme all you have to do is use ace bandage or similar material, aside from ripping your skin off while removing the duct tape, won't there be a lot of messy adhesive left on the skin?

4- I'm not sure that creatine would work but its worth a shot how much of a dosage would you recommend?

5- Thats the plan!!!

1-It's very difficult to injure your penis. Imagine hanging 10kg from your dick, now that could injure you, but many guys do it and they do it without injury. I've been wearing my dick extender while swimming in almost freezing water, every morning for the past 3 months. My penis has never been injured. I've also done many manual exercises using home made devices while in the bathtub filled with ice and water. It would be insane for someone to go to that much effort right? Try it for a few months and you'll know why I do it.

2- I'm aware that other devices are used but in my opinion I believe the bands are the safest, easiest and cheapest method.

3- If you're worried about it, slap on some lube, slap a bandage around it then tape it up. The tape keeps the penis elongated for extended periods of time and the lube and cloth stop the penis from being irritated. You can also sleep wearing it without any discomfort, loss of circulation or having to adjust it throughout the night. This isn't something you would wear in the privacy of your own home, (unless you're sleeping) it's something you can wear at work, school, sport, the gym. It works for me.

4- I'll explain creatine in some detail and I'll try to get straight to the point so you can fully understand how beneficial it really is. Creatine or methyl guanidine-acetic acid [NH2 - C(NH) - NCH2(COOH) - CH3] is an amino acid your body uses to provide energy. If you take creatine you increase your available energy. Creatine is a naturally occurring substance in our bodies; the average person stores over 100 grams of it. Ninety-five percent of creatine is stored in the skeletal muscles, with the other five percent in the brain, heart and testes. Creating will NOT make your testicles bigger but it will increase your girth. I'll explain how. Essentially, creatine helps you lift heavier weight, complete more reps, or both. This elevated work capacity results in an increased ability to develop lean muscle tissue. What does this have to do with the penis?

Corpora cavernosa: two cylindrical tissues run the length of either side of the penis. Like sponges, they are capable of filling with blood. When the penis is soft, the muscle fibres in the corpora are contracted.
Tunica: a tough outer sheath that surrounds the corpora and limits the amount they can expand. As the tunica becomes tight, blood flowing into the penis raises the pressure within it, making it hard.

Now that you are familiar about the penis I'll explain how creatine can increase your girth.

Creatine helps volumize muscle (makes muscles larger). The parts of your penis that control the blood flow are tiny muscle fibres that work in overdrive while you're in an erect state. These tiny muscle fibers get tired very fast and the amount of energy they need to maintain and control blood flow while in an erect state depletes very fast. Well that is a method I never thought of...I will have to try it to see how it pans out.
 
I think the ice technique was brewed up because that is how they elongate ligaments during surgeries. They heat the ligaments to a certain temp, stretch the ligament to the needed length, then cool the ligament to a certain temp and it helps "cement" the length.

If anything, i would only attempt this post-routine.

-Clamping and consistency is a must.
-Creatine suggestions is interesting, from the bodybuilders and college athletes I know who've use it consistently they get crazy bulk within a year, but they also use whey protein. I reckon there are also many other and newer amino-acid supplements now, but it seems inconclusive whether they're heart-healthy or not, maybe it would be smarter to take them only 1-2 times per week.
-Ice water stretching is interesting because you're stretching in the most difficult state and lowest elasticity. But the idea is if you can learn and practice over time to get a better cold flaccid stretch, then in a normal temperature state you should have flaccid length gains. Just like ice-cold water swimmers do to improve heart health.
