Yes, we are going to have to wait until the survey hits three months -- like I orginally planned. I was hoping we could be done in 1-2 with the fast pop we had in the beginning, but it was just a pop. I think most people use that because, after ejaculation, the blood drains from the penis so any post-workout engorgement will be lost.

Definetly. The penis is highly engorged after most work-outs. Once ejaculation occurs, the blood in the penis drains. This could affect gains to some degree; but opinions vary widely on the subject.

I for one, think it is better to be safe. Additionally, the less you ejaculate, the more alert, focused, and energetic you are.

I try to ejaculate as much as possible as I feel it keeps me young, alert, focused, and gives me confidence ;)
