Recently reported my awesome gains here and and so frekin happy with my bigger dick!

I wanted to take a break from the Bathmate to get a grip on my varying EQ .So 5 days ago I started doing the
200 /50 /2 kegal routine everyday and increased my jelqing time to 30 min per day and am very happy with the results . Harder erections with upright angle to my body like when I was younger.

I suggest both of these things for anyone with EQ issues.

Now I want to get the inner pump sleeve for more comfort at the base of my Bathmate so I can start pumping at max pressure again and do the DLD hardcore stretches

I am picking up my Amylactin cream tomorrow to lighten the skin on my penis like Slux has suggested.

Awesome DL! I'm happy to hear that routine has given the results you were looking for. Those rock hards sure do make you feel like you're an 18 y/o again don't they? hehe

Its 200 quick kegals followed by 50 more lasting 10 seconds each contracting as hard as you can and then 2 more lasting one minute each .You will be sore after these.
 
Good show! One of the things many guys skip is the Kegel Routine. It is an exercise that does not show penis gains so guys think that is is useless but there are some very important things happening behind the scenes. As your penis gets larger it will require more blood. When guys leave out the Kegel work they end up with weak erections as the muscles are not developed enough to hold in the blood. A simple kegel routine will solve this completely. Also, it is important to know that as you get older these muscles become weaker leaving many guys with cases of ED when if they only did kegels they would have erections like an 18 year old.

Bigger dick is only good if you have the power to use it ....the Kegels and long jelqing sessions are producing great erections like when I was 18 only my dick is bigger now from Penis Enlargement ...am so happy .

are u guys just doin one sett off 200/50/2 ?

I will do 10 sets of these throughout the day. I mean why not? I can do them anywhere and it will give me better erections so why not?

Well this would likely be overtraining for most guys, it's skeletal muscle so it can be overworked.

It can lead to a pelvic floor imbalance, which can lead to premature ejaculation (anyone remember that Supra didn't do kegels for this reason?), and also inability to maintain an erection.

That said, I've recently started doing a proper kegel routine again and my EQ has been great, but then again I AM 18 :) I'm just saying be careful about overworking, we all have our own limits.

Thanks DL :) Yeah I've been Penis Enlargement'ing quite consistently for about 10 months now and seen quite good gains, I've possibly known about Penis Enlargement since I was 16 though.

I think the best part about Penis Enlargement'ing at my age is knowing there's no huge rush, I'll just do the exercises and know that I'm gaining :)

Pretty much 90% of the reason why I havent seen any gains, because my kegal muscles are weak as shit. I think my weakness there is gumming up my prostate, because I think I'm never able to fully bust my load, so I leak precum for a while after I jerk off. At least thats my thought.

For me, as I get older, it becomes more and more important to do the Kegel work with more dedication...I know what happens to a lot of men who get older and I am not going to be that guy! Penis Enlargement in general is GOOD FOR THE Penis EnlargementNIS! Aside from the obvious advantages of size gains, the gains we make in penile health are amazing. Stronger pelvic floor muscles mean more powerful loads, they mean bigger erections, they mean less refractory time, they mean a all around healthier penis. Kegels, Jelqs, Pumping, Edging, whatever the girth method, it all contributes to better blood flow so it all contributes to better erections and better prostate health.

The funny thing about getting older is I had so much involvement with the creation of the new Super Pill (really a 4 piece item) but still, it really is something that is SUPenis EnlargementR. Aside from the general sexual supplementation I was also obsessed with having the supplement give me certain things I felt I was lacking in general or out of age (today I am 46). I was greatly concerned with getting a lot out of this new supplement for myself. I demanded certain things that most companies simply did not want to get involved with, but low and behold we found the right people. I really want supplementation for a long list of male needs in the most simple order and what I am seeing is amazing!
