It's good that you're here then. PE can do a lot of things for you, including building discipline. Take up new tasks, one step at a time and stick with them. It's amazing what one can accomplish just but not quitting.

Let me clarify, yes I am extremely lazy but when it comes to PE I am completely motivated. My laziness runs over into sex, I am into just sitting there while the girl does all the work. Maybe have a roast beef sandwich while she's riding reverse cowgirl:) Maybe a smoke after:) But I can guarantee you, I am not getting up from the couch:)

PE is inspiring and motivating, getting a bigger dick requires this.
 
PE is easier than exercise but exercise is worth every bit. Less fat pad with weight loss. Muscle+ big dick with muscle mass gaining. A physique to compliment your big penis is motivation. I want to look good all around so I'm exercising, doing PE, trying to eat healthy and doing all I can to stay in shape in every aspect

Good point...having a big dick and an ugly body,that's not gonna look good...now you don't have to be Lazar Angelov,but some abs,a bit of chest,a bit of arm size,is going to look awesome put together with a big cock :)

We're all premium :) but agreed on exercising the whole body. I'm currently even trying to strengthen my shins like the people in Thailand so I can get harder bones

I recommend kicking hard objects! Trees, lamp-posts, soccer goals. Go boligni, will hurt at first but your shins will be thick like a rhino's

Haha I'm not at that level man. I got to get an object and hit my shins lightly every day til i progress into harder hitting.
