Bf is under 10%
Bp im 8
Nbp im 7.5 it's my curve that shortens me

When I measure bp i straighten my érection with one hand to see what I'm working with hence why I'm working hard to remove my curve

Even the Kinsey study on penis size was flawed due to self-measuring. The really only reputable study would be the Lifestyles study, this left no room to cheat.

But it makes me wonder a little if these guys BPFSL were bigger than their BPEL? For me it is, as for many PErs. If it's the same for non PEing guys that it would be still a little too high.

I would trust BPFSL more than BPEL considering you can get the BPEL boosted up to the BPFSL.

I've never actually read a study that wasn't bpel. If they were the average would be more like 4-5 since fat pads seem to average in the .5 to 1.5 inch range. So I guess maybe even a 3.5 nbpel could be considered average. But when you look at it that way it just seems crazy. If I had a 5.5 inch bpel I'd only have 3 .5 showing in certain positions. Kinda makes you think huh?

flaccid BP and NBP i'm 5 inches. Gives me a nice bulge. Nice to know my flaccid is pretty much the average erect length of normal mere mortals, unlike the MoS brothers. My curve causes the erect difference in BP and NBP

And that's why they measure BPEL because NPBEL is useless, same flaccid. 5.5 BPEL would depend very much on the amount of fat and if you have a big one it will look smaller :L

If I went by NBPEL I would want to kill myself overtime I gain weight! When I am at my heaviest, 280 pounds, I lose about 3" of penis into my fat pad. When I lose all the weight to around 150 I have .25" in the fat pad. I mean when I was fat and had 9" and 3" are not showing does that mean I am 6"? of course not, it means I am 9" and I need to lose some fucking weight! :)

I think we must advocate fat loss as a vital part of p.e assuming that the average man has 18-24% body fat

Yes yes yes a thousand times yes. Some guys think they're small but it's due to their fat pad that they look small and this needs to be noted out to begin with. This idea also is an incentive for losing weight.

That's it

I think the fat reduction is more of a doctor tip for penis enlargement. I wonder why the experts in anatomy that understand the penis can be enlarged don't bring out these possible exercises for gains.

it's amazing how many people outside of PE don't know they're reducing their size through having high levels of body fat!

And that's why measuring BPEL is so important and NBPEL is only an extra measurement. Because when you gain weight your penis doesn't get smaller. It's just being hidden.

Actually, I think that's not so secret knowlege. It's kind of common sense that when you are fat, your gut can even make yoy not able to see your own dick. But as someone said, common sense it's really not so common.
Ang getting lean is always good for health on all levels. Problem is, most people are fucking lazy.

people are lazy and common sense is not as common as it seems :) you are right
