Hey guys, I hope this isn't a common thread, but I did some looking and couldn't find anything.

Anyway, I'm new to this whole thing, and have been experimenting. I'm doing the basic warmup/stretch/jelq/warmdown routine, and I need some tips when it comes to stretching.

You see, when I stretch, I either can't hold on to my head, because I just squeeze the blood out and it slips out of my hand, or I use something to gain a grip on it, and it begins to hurt from the pressure/friction of using a material to grip it.

So, how do people get around these problems?

A couple of simple remedies are either baby powder, it will eliminate much of the slip or latex, rubber or leather gloves as they bring great grip.

Maxameyes, one quick question: You say to start at the base, but I feel like I'm mostly just pulling skin when I do that, and visually, I certainly am creating quite a "tent" of skin around the base of my penis. Is that how it should look, or am I approaching it wrong?

To do the stretch the same way I do it, and attempted to explain-perhaps insufficiently, is to fill your penis with as much blood as possible, yet without becoming erect. When you grab the base and begin your stretch your grip shouldn't move but a fraction of an inch.
If you're pulling skin and not the inner structures of the penis then you need to adjust your grip, engorgement level etc.

What you're trying to do is use the engorged section of your penis as an "anchor" or grip handle in order to isolate the stretch deep into the penis, away from the skin, so as to stretch the tunica, put stress on the ligaments and get a decent girth expansion at the same time.

A rough analogy ( really rough...just listen...) is a couple of beer cans in a tube sock. If you duck tape the cans to your crotch; that's the ligs. Now slip the tube sock up over your cock/cansand tape the sock too. As you can see, just pulling on the sock just stretches the sock as your grip slides over the cans. But if you grip deeper...THEN you're yankin' the beer cans and the ligs.

It might take a while to get the feel of it but when you get it you can really feel just where you are targeting.
Remember; the engorgement is to focus the stretch away from the skin and deeeep into the inner penile structures.

You will just have to learn your penis and do the best exercise for it. Let me tell you about me.. at first when I was doing some stretching I pulled with low force because it felt uncomfortable, i was scared not to do some damage, and the head of my dick was getting purple with some dots on it which were the little veins that break. Of course the gains were zero and my morale the same. Then after short time I have moved to improvisation clamping (a cloth around the base) for about 1 year and gained the maximum girth this exercise can offer me.
Now.. 3 weeks ago i started doing stretching with all my force, just down with one hand holding and the other pulling and some times I pull with both hands. Because of the year with girth exercises it got stronger and pulling with all my force doesn't hurt at all. I immediately noticed gains in both length and girth and get stronger erections.
So I'm saying take your time, let you dick get use to physical stress, then when you Penis Enlargement take it every time to the limit that it resist without doing any damage.

Be sure to take a shower or wash your unit and hands very good before stretching. Dial soap is very good as it cleans all oils from your skin. Then add baby powder as needed.

Also, most importantly, use a hydrocortizone cream...it will keep skin conditioned, free of stretch marks and irritation and it is genius with itchiness.
