If you read any of my other threads at the end of last year i had a very bad start with Penis Enlargement, mostly due to discolouration and poor EQ from the Bathmate. I was in a new relationship and was afraid of what the girl might have thought at the time, also i was suffering from stress and depression which i am now being treated for. I apologize for my negativity and would like to start over. Sorry guys, it wont happen again.

Anyway now that my head is clear, ive started again with Penis Enlargement using DLD's first routine. Ive done this for a week now and i have a few quick questions:

1. I want to maximize the chance of lasting gains, but im a little wary of using the Bathmate again so soon or ever again. What other manual exercises would be recommended to add to my routine after say another week or 2? Or could someone provide me with a list of possible exercises and i will have a look through and try some out.

2. With regards to 'PC muscle fitness' i cant seem to complete the 1 minute hold part. I feel a lot of strain at 30 seconds. Also after doing the kegel's, my temporary gains disappear quite quickly. Is this normal for a newbie or does this mean my PC muscle isnt as strong as it should be?

Hello Lee, I am happy you have rectified some of the depression issues you were having, we have revolving doors here, you are always welcome back into the Brotherhood! Remember, staying involved here and expressing your emotions and trials you may be having allows us to help you with a vast amount of experience and help. Many have gone before you with the same hopes and trials, they are the very ones who will help guide you.

I think that two weeks of no Bathmate is really not the way to go, I would learn to incorporate it into the exercises you have chosen to do. In the beginning month slowly intergrade it into your jelqing routine. For the first 2 weeks go for 5 minutes in the Bathmate and 20 minutes jelqing. For the next two weeks make the session 5 minutes in the Bathmate and 10 minutes jelqing, then repeat. Ultimately, after 1 month you can go with the 5 x 5 x 3 explained as:

5 minutes in the Bathmate
5 minutes jelqing
5 minutes in the Bathmate
5 minutes jelqing
5 minutes in the Bathmate
5 minutes jelqing

After the first month you may want to switch into a more powerful girth exercise and that would be the time to make the routine shane into:

5 minutes in the Bathmate
5 minutes Slow Squash Jelq
5 minutes in the Bathmate
5 minutes Slow Squash Jelq
5 minutes in the Bathmate
5 minutes Slow Squash Jelq


As far as Kegels go it is OK if you are not strong enough yet, just keep practicing! Kegels are all about andurance and the more we get in the stronger our erection quality is. Within a month or so you will become much more able to do what the routine begs. Good luck and never hesitate to ask any questions you may have.

Im going to take your advice and start with the Bathmate again but just 5 mins before jelqing. I'll see how i get on with that and report back after a week of use.

Could you explain slow squash jelqs for me please? Im sure i saw a post about them somewhere a while back but cant seem to find it.

Ive had a read but im a little confused..

Am i right in saying that you get a 100% erection, using the ok grip attempt to perform a jelq then using the palm of your other hand push down preventing the jelq?

Also, i tried the Bathmate again yesterday before jelqing and it prevented me from getting a decent erection. Im really looking for some other form of Penis Enlargement other than the Bathmate as it doesnt seem to work for me, i hate the thing. When i started Penis Enlargement again ive being doing it in my room in front of my computer, but using the Bathmate requires me to move from my room to the bathroom in which i lose my erection. I live with my parents and 2 younger sisters and it's a pain in the ass as they always seem to want to be in the bathroom when im doing Penis Enlargement LOL..

Is there somewhere on this site where there is a list of the available exercises that i can have a look through? Ideally id like to be able to do all Penis Enlargement in the comfort of my own room without having to use water etc..
