OK..I'm not sure if I measured my penis right, I thought I was alot bigger than what I measured but it says I'm 6 inches fully erect. Not sure how to measure the girth.
This is what I"m doing....(now keep in mind I don't have a set work out time because I'm never at home and work 2 jobs so I do what i can)
1. I warm up with a Hot towel wrapped around my penis for about 3-5 minutes.
2. I grab my penis(flacid) buy the head and pull it out as far as I can until I feel like i got a good stretch and I hold for about a 10 sec count. (durning this process I'm squeezing a muscle in my ass that cause my penis to contract a little) don't know if i should be doing that. Well I do this about 10 times or so
3. Next after my penis is nice and stretched out I do a A stretch, I hold for about 20 sec while squeezing my ass muscle. lol I do this about 10 times
NOTE: I"m always squeezing my ass muscles when every I think about it. I"m doing it now....I squeeze and hold for about a 3 count.
4. After this I pull out the lubercation. I start off semi hard and I grab my penis by the base, with a tight grip I slide my hand up the shaft kind of slow and when I get to the head I let go where i"m starting back at the base with the other hand repeating the same motion. I go back and forth switching hand until I get tired.
5. After that I go back to the A stretch, but this time I do it to the left to the right the normal way reversed.
6. Every time I go to the bath room I stretch out my penis and pull it away from my body and hold it for about a 30 sec count.
To be honest I've been looking and reading around the board, but really have no clue what I"m doing. Can someone help me let me know what I need to add to my routine. I wanna get my dick as big as I can get it. 15 inches if I can..and I want it to be thick too.
