Shoulder surgery

I recently had to have surgery in my shoulder because of a snowboarding injury. Now I’m limited to one hand. I’ve was going pretty hard at it with LengthMaster 3 - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging bundles BTC stretches. But now with the one arm out of commission I’m wondering what I can try and do to make up for the force of pulling with just one hand. Should I switch of BTC for something else? Or can I do something to help add more force with doing BTC stretches with one arm?

Look at my videos. I have made some modifications to my LengthMaster3 that should be able to help you out in this situation.

Yeah I’ve seen your setup but don’y know what’s been done to it besides the THERABAND

A longer broomstick on the upper chamber.
Just make sure you make room for the rivet pushing into the broomstick. I also recommend you to sand the broomstick flat on the side towards the chamber. I also would put rubber gaskets/washers on the holes under the broomstick of the upper chamber as well.

Now you have two handlebars and you can use your feet, and the surface you are sitting on in order to stretch.

You can lean towards one side so the broomstick/second handlebar get stuck and then use the other hand to stretch. Most of the force will be done with one arm/hand, if not all. There are many possibilities.

Yeah I’ve tried one hand and it’s not near as much force as I need sadly. 2 hands was perfect and I can feel the difference in strain/fatigue with only using 1 hand

Add the broomstick and you’ll be amazed at what you can do!
You can achieve incredible force going between the cheeks then behind the leg with one hand.

As you all know. When I recommend something I do this because I have evaluated it's effectiveness.

The broomstick on the upper chamber do so much.
It also prevent the chamber from tilting forward + increasing the clamping pressure when you attach yourself in the camber.
It will also be easier to attach yourself in the chamber, due to the leverage you have to press your tissue together/chamber together.

When was your last decon? this might be the perfect time for one. I would water pump 2 to 3 times during my last decon , of course others say don't do anything or hand stretch lightly. Again, Decons are amazing!!! Do not underate it

Sometimes the best we can do is a decon to come back and make greater growth

I’m only 4 months into PE so no decon. I’ll have to take a forced on at 6 months because of a surgery but I’ve researched quite a bit and it seems like most people say not to take a decon till you plateau. No need to take a decon if you’re still gaining

You should only do decon if you reached a plateau
 
You should never plateau the first year doing length work with LengthMaster 3 - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging. The key is to increase the intensity exponentially in all ways you can. This is my opinion and I believe it's possible with the correct programming for every man out there. There may be a biological/genetically factor involved, but if you force your penis to grow it will grow.

With that said you need strategic implemented recovery days, if you are stretching hard with LengthMaster - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging 3. Strategic implemented recovery days, are needed in order to grow fast.

Going full intensity with no strategic rest days for growth, are not possible with my definition of full intensity.
There is nothing wrong with taking more time to gain, some of us, life gets in the way. I was lucky I had no one to bother me. We do what we can with what we have in this life.

Maybe some guidence from my experience?
During the previous year I had one month, where I could not do much due to work conditions. But after that "slow" (stretching just 1-2 days/week) month I was longer. If you do not have the time, stretch harder and keep your penis elongated at all times (healing SRT - Suppressed-Restricted-Transposition Theory).

I hope my storytelling helped someone out there.
