Shoulder surgery

You should never plateau the first year doing length work with LengthMaster 3. The key is to increase the intensity exponentially in all ways you can. This is my opinion and I believe it's possible with the correct programming for every man out there. There may be a biological/genetically factor involved, but if you force your penis to grow it will grow.

With that said you need strategic implemented recovery days, if you are stretching hard with LengthMaster 3. Strategic implemented recovery days, are needed in order to grow fast.

Going full intensity with no strategic rest days for growth, are not possible with my definition of full intensity.
There is nothing wrong with taking more time to gain, some of us, life gets in the way. I was lucky I had no one to bother me. We do what we can with what we have in this life.

Maybe some guidence from my experience?
During the previous year I had one month, where I could not do much due to work conditions. But after that "slow" (stretching just 1-2 days/week) month I was longer. If you do not have the time, stretch harder and keep your penis elongated at all times (healing SRT).

I hope my storytelling helped someone out there.
/ Take care
Great info. This is what I have been doing. Progressively increasing the intensity as I go. Before I even started PE in January I actually read your thread in your progress. Helped immensely.

Thankfully it’s doing good! Using infrared light on it as well so that’s helping
Make sure to use the light as close to the skin as possible. To deeply penetrate the skin and into the muscles/joint, you have to max out the irradiance and at surface level to even get to 8mm and deeper. Just be careful and not cook your skin.

Thank you! I make sure to but it’s directly on the skin since it’s a pad and is malleable
