If bundles fatigue the tunica, and the tunica being the guardian gatekeeper who stands in the way of our girth/length gains of salvation... then why do I hardly see them in routines?

Why is it considered advanced?

If a noob is allowed to stretch there dick in all directions, and use the LM, and even encouraged to hang... then why not bundles as well?

I feel bundles are the KEY in unlocking length before stretching/hanging and before girth work... it makes perfect sense to fatigue that tunica or else you're just spinning your wheels (unless youre SRT stretching inner penis... but even then it still makes sense to fatigue it, focusing on the base)

Have I missed out on noob gains with bundles as ive already trained 12months without em



Ps: even before edging... wouldn't bundles be good to help with extra expansion.?.... even in the bathmate it should be mandatory dont you guys think??

I invented Bundled Stretches over 11 years ago and they were a standard length exercise that largely went unused. The reason they have emerged as a major part of most men's program is the fact that we have discovered the amazing effect they have on the Tunica. Tunica stretching was pretty much limited to upward stretching, which beings very little intensity unless using the LengthMaster. Bundled Stretches train the Tunica much more than any other method. We have always understood that the Tunica was very dense and would take major work to stretch but the come back of Bundled Stretches changed all that. So they seem to be just starting now but they have been available since 2005.
 
I did bundled stretches as soon as I found out about them. I'm also doing them erect whenever I can/think about it.
I'll try adding them before my Girth-Routine :D.

What do you mean by "in the bathmate"?
I know one can do bundled while being in an Extender...
Maybe before putting on the BathMate

Am I correct in assuming that bundled stretches can also bring lig and inner penis gains? Are they less effective for this than standards stretches?

Well I do bundled stretches from the very beginning of my PE
SO I cant tell difference as I never tried anything else.

Yes, they will bring length gains across the board. It was only over the last year or so that I came upon the conclusion that Bundled Stretches were the most effective way to approach the Tunica in a way that would benefit ensuing workouts. We have now found that performing Bundled Stretches before a girth or length routine will pre-stretch the dense Tunica tissue and allow for gains to come easier.

So then would it make sense to do only bundled stretches instead of the normal newbie stretches? Or do the normal newbie stretches have some advantage over bundles?

Well the Newbie Stretches allow you to hit every possible angle so as long as you are hitting every one of these angles you will definitely grow using Bundles exclusively. Be sure to be even with bundles twisting right and left with equality, any uneven training may result in a leaning penis.

Bundled stretches is the routine I'm doing with the length master. I have 3 different exercises that will last me for 1 year. They are all done bundled with the length master. I have made some girth and length gains since I started this journey. Bundled stretches should be a routine on it's own. Downward bundled stretches, __________ bundled stretches and bundled length master rolls.
 
I discovered last year after weeks of only bundled stretches that I wasn't getting a good stretch, just a good twist. My penis was telling me to stop pulling before the ligaments were getting worked right. I stopped doing as many but still did them, mainly at the beginning.

My suggestion with bundled stretches is to make sure you're still feeling it in your ligaments when your penis says "any further es no bueno." As I'm getting the ball rolling again on my PE journey I'm using bundled stretches as a warm up to the work.
 
Someone is doing a Bundle exclusive routine who said he was doing well. I cant remember who it is but they were going 100% bundle.

Indeed it is and you will prove to the PE world that Bundles and Rolls in the LengthMaster are the fastest ways to gain length.

I created one thread yesterday asking if the bundled exercises with the length master also targets the ligament as it does for the Tunica, I guess this post of your has answered the question.
