Hi I'm new to Penis Enlargement and I have some Newbie Questions:

Im doing a newbie routine for like 1 Month now, I think it should last about 2 months before doing more advanced stretching?
So what I do is warming up under the shower while stretching for like 15 Minutes every day.

Code:
[U]Stretches (all 30 seconds):[/U]

1) For the ligs:
-Straight Down
-Down left
-Down right
-Btc right
-btc left

2) For the Tunica:
-straight to the front 
-Up right
-Up left

Then I start over with [B]1[/B], then [B]2[/B] again and so on.. So I do everything like 3 times = 15 minutes total stretching.
Is that really tunica stretching or am I doing it wrong? I use 2 hands for the tunica stretch to stretch the shaft and not the ligs.

Since I hate jelqing so much and I feel uncomfortable doing it I would like to know if there are any other girth excercises, because I dont do anything but stretching.

Stretching upward will effect the tunica while downward stretching will effect the ligaments. Jelqing is the foundation of girth work but if you can't do this at all then I suggest getting a Bathmate for girth.
 
I see there are many excercises for girth, but all of them are labeled as "advanced stretches" that shouldnt be performed without doing the 2-3 month newbie routine first.
SInce I finished 1 month stretching but just a few days jelqing, is there any excercise I can do? I thought aboutthe Bathmate first but what lacks is the money atm, so I will try 1-2 month later

Unfortunately you will need to do some kind of girth exercise to gain girth. If you have been training for a month you can start to introduce more advanced exercises especially if you can't jelq. The Slow Squash Jelq is a great alternative.
 
So I have some questions about Turkey Neck cure, I already had it before doing Penis Enlargement. I dont know if it went worse, or if I just notice it more than before Penis Enlargement.
I am uncircumcised and my turkey neck is visible in the flaccid state and in the erect state. The more my scrotum skin expands (because of warmness) the more visible the turkey neck is when being erect.
When my scrotum skin tightens, the turkey neck is nearly gone, but my EL looks way smaller than it should because my scrotum is to high on the shaft.
My balls already hang low, so most of the excersises are not for me since I dont want it to hang lower.

I dont jelq and I'm using my second hand to secure the skin at the base when stretching.
When erect I pull down the foreskin so it stretches the reddish skin together with the frenulum.
Is that right? How long should it take to see results? Are there any other stretches I could do that NOT give you a lower hang?
And are there any pictures that show the cure of the turkey neck? All the time I see those stretches, but I never saw anyone posting about results or whatever.

If your scrotum is hanging low already then traditional methods, like Testicle Health, stretch and massage, will not help. The best thing you can do is what you are doing, holding back the skin. Over time, as your penis become longer it will take up a lot of this skin. You may also want to try jelqing with your scrotum pulled back, another successful method of TN prevention.
 
could the TN result from a too short frenulum?
Could the reverse erect skin stretch help with this?
