Just wanted to open up a new thread to what I am doing, where I want to end up, and how I'm pushing myself to achieve it this time. I always would have a goal in mind, but after a good round of sex would lose motivation. I believe this is because I wasn't visualizing my goal in the bedroom setting, rather just comparing to "stars" and this made it more realistic and seems to motivate me. My end goal is 9' NBP by 6EG and with previous lost size I believe I could obtain this within a year/year and a half. My routine is upon waking up rub EVOO on him and just kinda let it set it, rub it in. Then I do 50 slow jelqs, followed by the __________ v stretch for 3 sets / 15 second holds. Now I've been getting a lot of lig pops during this, so I hope that's a good sign as I've never really had them before. Next I take my shower and do some bundled stretches 10 seconds each direction and he starts to perk up I do SSJ for 3 sets of 15 second holds. After that I get him fully hard and every other day do erect stretches.
Any input on changes are welcome and I've also been getting into better eating and exercise to trim down and that will help with my mondo fat pad haha
