To be sure, all penis enlargement exercises carries a degree of risk.

However, some forms carry more risk than others.

What do you guys consider the riskiest forms of Penis Enlargement to be?

Personally, I think it's hanging by far.

Hanging may be a great way to gain length, but it can be very dangerous and unforgiving to those that don't take the proper precautions.

I considered hanging a few months ago because I knew it would be the fastest way to gain length. But I decided not to, because it seemed that the number of guys that injured their penis while hanging was REALLY high.

It seems like it's difficult to find the proper medium between the amount of weight to use, and the time spent on the exercise which doesn't result in injury yet still provides gains.

Also, while I was researching hanging on various Penis Enlargement forums, I noticed that many of the guys that developed Peyronies disease used hanging as a primary method for penile enhancement.

I guess the enormous strain that hanging puts on the penis, especially at the attachment point, can create some internal injuries which over time, can lead to scar tissue build up and then Peyronies disease.

I'm not trying to slam hanging at all, or the men that do it. All Penis Enlargement carries some risk, including pumping which is something I do myself.

But, I honestly think that hanging carries the most risk by far, and you have to be really careful to avoid serious injury.

N00bs definitely need not apply.

After hanging, I'd probably say clamping carries a significant amount of risk, and then pumping after that.

I'm a pumper myself, and I consider pumping to be one of the most natural methods for penis enlargement....providing you don't go too high in pressure..

Jelquing and stretching probably carries the least amount or risk, but then again, there are those of us that have jelqued or stretched too aggressively, which resulted in injury.

So, what do you guys think? LMAO

I have never practiced hanging, but what you say makes perfect sense to me.

I knew someone at Thunder's who also hurt himself terribly jelqing at 100% erection, so I guess any form of P.E. exercise, if not done with common sense and properly, can cause injury. I injured myself, albeit a minor one, trying to pull my dick up my spine. (My own version of the lazy ass stretch--I wasn't happy to just sit on it) :)

That was a wake up call for me.

Better safe than sorry.

The one thing that i've noticed is that most guys tend to increase intensity WAAAYYYY too soon and think that more reps or more intensity is better... this is most likely the reason why injuries occurr.

Take hanging for instance... if one follows Bib's suggestion of using the least amount of weight to make gains and to go slow when increasing weight then there would be far less injuries from it. But because the Joe_Blow is too damn eager to make gains, he doesn't follow best practices and eventually pushes himself too fast and too far which only leads to injury. Does this make hanging more dangerous than other forms of Penis Enlargement?? No but due to Joe_Blow's ignorance, he now thinks it is... JMO...

Haha, this reminds me of my experience with the power jelq device.

You're supposed to use the power jelq at 50% erection or so, so naturally I used it at 90% erection. LMAO

I regretted it ofcourse when I had red spots all over my glans. Luckily, that was all that occurred, but jelquing with too much blood in your penis is definitely dangerous.

This makes alot of sense. Especially when we see our first gain, we get all excited and think,"Wow, maybe if I increase the intensity a bit, I'll gain even faster than before!"

And consequently we take an injury..

But I still think that some forms of Penis Enlargement are more dangerous than others.

Perhaps hanging is not inherently the most dangerous, but it is definitely the least forgiving to those that push the envelope too far.

I'd rather exceed my limitations while pumping or clamping rather than hanging :p

Stick to the basics, because no matter how "intense" a workout might be it's not going to add an inch or two to your penis over night. Stick with a moderate approach and you'll stay injury free and consistently gaining which is all that matters. If you spend one to two months Penis Enlargementing and then you're injured for three to four you can't gain anything. Those are my thoughts on this issue as I've spent a significant portion of my Penis Enlargement career with bruising issues as well as vein troubles as well. It's easier to be consistent each and every day than to go crazy and cost yourself months of time because you pushed too hard too soon.

Excellent advice. The intensity and advanced work will come soon enough but there is no rush. Penis Enlargement is like building a house, it starts with a solid foundation and you build upon it. You can't put a roof on a house that has not been built yet. Penis Enlargement is a progressive process an you are always in a state of gaining, use the techniques as other have and make the gains they have made. You will have a perfect healthy big cock.

Hanging is safe if done 3 or 4 months after manual exercises. You just need to start with light weights and learn everything about hanging. It's best to start with bib's advice.
 
Hanging does sound somewhat dangerous !!

But what about pumping, should someone like me (new to Penis Enlargement) should try it, or not just yet?
 
I gotta say that it depends on the person. Everyones dick is built different. tougher or weaker. Personally I can handle jelqing 100%, hanging hours on end, etc. I never had any problems. Again some people tolerate a lot some don't. There been many times when I never warmed up and still did my thing. Guys gotta find they threshold themselves.

True, and when they find this thresh-hold they need to reach beyond it. There is no roof in Penis Enlargement.

i haven't warmed up im years, never had any problems, and i realize my limitations.
 
It doesn't cause any serious damage, but uli's definitely cause the most injuries overall. I think just about everyone who has done them intensely has bled out of their urethra a few times.
 
Thses practices are especially risky: Clamping, heavy hanging, and any movement in which you twist or bend your erect penis.

The above movements should only be done by experienced trainees that understand their limitations- even then, extreme caution and moderation should be used.
