I believe that rest days should be taken if you have negative PI's

And if we take Jelqing as an example.
I think that if you jelq every day, then you promote more growth.
I don't think that you should do things like clamping every day.. ( Damn i hate clamping ). But jelqing every day is awesome..

I agree with this, clamping can cause great skin issues and other problems. I only suggest clamping as a method of healing using a light clamp to keep the pump after girth work, the same as you would a cock ring.
