Hi everyone!
My penis recently started to get a little sore after all the exercises i've done, so i was wondering if any of you have rest days and if it's good to have.
Thanks!

REST DAYS
I have always trained 7 days on no days off. I think this type of schedule promotes a more habitual program. For me days off can quickly turn into weeks off so it is better for me to be a daily trainer. I also believe that the penis only needs 24 hours of recovery before it is trained again. Some guys either do not have the time for this or it may be too difficult at first. In this case I recommend deducting one day at a time until the perfect routine is created. i.e. 6 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off.

I agree with DLD (I hope my PE journey gets me a great nickname one day hahahaha). The penis isn't like muscle of the body that we exercise and then need rest to grow (skeletal muscle). It is made of various soft tissues that need consistent & frequent work to grow (lenghthen, widen). The more time and consistency the better. Example, 30 minutes hanging every day for 12 days is better than 6 hrs hanging in one day. 4 hrs extending every day over multiple months is better than 16hrs extending 2 days/week for multiple months.

Thanks DLD and youknowme, i am really strict about my training and don't want to miss a day out.

If 2 years from now you have been consistent you will be extremely happy. Hell even if you're consistent for 3-6 months you'll be happy with results

Thats it, consistency is very important but in order to remain consistent motivation is so important. This is why I encourage men toy stay very involved in the forums, posting progress threads and asking for help. The men who have made the best gains are those who have a progress thread and stay involved as this helps us coach and cheer for them in hard times and give them compliments in the good times. Plus, having a record of what you did and the measurements will give a overview that tells each man exactly what works and what does not work.

If you can't do a progress thread, then at least do an excel progress spreadsheet or notepad I guess. There is a template floating around out there and there also used to be a PE app, but not sure if that took off or not.
Also helps to log everything. You may miss a measurement of something, then 2 months later you measure and nothing has increased. Yet your FL/FG may have increased, but you wouldn't know since you didn't take these measurements. So no increase in measurements from the only 2 things you're tracking, might demotivate you or anyone else.

I also agree w/ DLD on rest days. Everyone has their different opinion. I see people gain w/ 2 on, 1 off and ETC. Just depends on your time constraints and life schedule. It's good to at least be doing something, like an ADS or anti-turtle device(UJW/SLEEVE) at least. Always be productive w/ your time.

Already done one:

Fix the above just a tad so it's click-able. Something wrong w/ the forum img and editing options.

Anyways. That looks very nice. Simplistic which is good.
I would had made it into monthly columns though, rather than weekly. Or maybe half month. Just seems like too quick of measurements.
Whatever works for you though. You might take pic comparisons as well. After a while you could get so used to your size increase that you forget where you came from, other than comparing a mark on a ruler.

Absolutely DLD. I am more consistent when I'm on the forums that's for sure

I have seen quite good results with 1 day on 1 day off schedule myself.

That is great and goes to show everyone is different when it comes to rest.

when i gained my .25 inches in length and .1 in girth i tried 7 days a week. 2 days a week id have a "light routine". I would just 1 set of stretches then a 5 min BM pump after i washed up no jelqs. So thats less 1/3 or my normal program and it takes alot less time. I see this as a kind of active recovery anyone who lifts should know what i mean

when I am really consistent like i have been the last 6-7 weeks this is what i find myself doing. no complete days off just lighter days.just to keep the penile tissue down there on board with working towards the gains i want. and it keep me from slacking at any point.

This may change too as you progress where you may want to add time or even take more time away, it greatly depends on your healing and gaining timeframe. It is best to always keep an eye on your progress reports to determine if any resting routine is fruitful.

and use SRT while resting

I'm convinced this is true. Every individual responses individually to an individual stimulus. And to complicate things further: every phase of conditioning progressively changes the setting as DLD stated above. Hence, one has to experiment with different parameters (frequency, intensity, duration) 'til he finds the right set up with which one should go on until it ceases to produce results.
