I've been meaning to start a log here for a min and I guess there is no time like the present! I will try to keep this updated pretty regular.

First I will give the abbreviated version on my background. I started at around 5.75 bpel. Did manual Bathmate and sg for the first year gained an inch. Tried manuals and sg the next 6 months and got nothing.

I ordered my bib starter first of October after tons of research. It was pretty difficult to get the hang of but after a week I could hang pretty well. I started at 5# and moved up to 7.5 in the second week. It seems like it was alkost 2 weeks before I went to 10#. So that puts us around first of November at 10#. This month has gone good. I've been getting 3 sets everyday and 4-5 on somedays. I moved to 12.5 probably 2 weeks ago then last night added 2.5 to bring the total to 15#.

Now with doing 3 sets everyday that would be 7 hrs per week. This is under bibs requirements of 10 hrs per week but most if not everyone else says you will gain with less time. The main factor I feel is getting to 15# as this is the point of getting actual fatigue. I'm not gonna lie I'm still pretty sore from last night but its a good sore!

I don't buy into lot very much so don't ask. I have been hanging btc but not because I have a high lot. It is more to do with "newbie" hanging gains coming from the ligs. I will hang low angles until I can't feel a stretch in my ligs or if it gets to sore.

Gains

I measured last night for the hell of it and I'm still at 6.75 so no hanging gains yet. That's OK because hanging will produce the gains I desire with dedication and time.

Hanging is a big commitment and takes much time and dedication to accomplish gains. It is ideal for the guy who has all day or night to put in hours of Penis Enlargement. With that said, it can work as an ads in a sense if weight it light enough and concealable. If you do not have the time to invest in Hanging I would suggest another way of training. SRT offers a plenitude of advice, exercises and routines that will work for anyone on any level. I would suggest that you include hanging as part of a more thorough routine that covers all areas of gaining possibilities.
 
I am trying to incorporated parts of srt. I've always felt that healing extended was important and that is the biggest thing I take from str. I also try to get a few light stretches surfing the day. One problem I seem to have is without rest and I mean non extended rest my penis is to sore to hang. I don't know if it is fr from using the vlc or just skin fatigue.

Anyways I feel that 7 hours per week is plenty of hanging time to gain. It might not bring gains as fast as 10+ hours but I am confident gains will come. I still feel like I'm learning to hang and conditioning my penis to be able to hang enough to gain effectively.
 
Things are getting better. I can hang 15# for 4 sets a day the last two days where before I was having to reduce the last set. I had to take Thursday easy due to being to sore....I think skin fatigue was the problem. I just couldn't get comfortable in the hanger so I did 2 15 min set with 10 lbs. Its not a big deal but I did pretty much waste a day but its better to rest than push through risking injury.

I know most people don't think much about it but to me hanging is very dangerous. I will not hang in pain because I know my body is telling me something and even though I want to gain I will not injure myself and be down for months or possibly for life.

I have also learned this week each set builds on the last set even if its a day later. After a day of not reaching fatigue it took longer to reach 15# and it took longer to feel fatigue in the ligs while getting attachment fatigue faster. Friday it was hard to reach it at all but this morning I started feeling a good stretch just 10 min in the first set. Tonight I started to feel it with 10# just a few min in the first set!

The reason is probably that after a day the micro tears completely heal so it takes more force and time to break the bond of cells. Hanging more consistently allows you to break the bond while it is trying to heal and not nearly as strong. I think hanging sets 8-12 hours apart would be idea for maximum efficiency.
 
Wow! I went all out this weekend (well kinda) hanging about 2 hrs Saturday and almost 2.5 Sunday. I know some people say you can provide 15 lbs for force with your bare hands.....I say BS! I never came close to the intensity and soreness I'm getting from hanging! I did have to go down to 10 lbs for my last hour but Dang it still provided a great stretch!

Well I guess my dick has a supernatural ability to adapt to weight faster than I can hang more! I am as we speak going up to 17.5 lbs. 15 just feels like 10 did a week ago. I'm not sure if I should be happy about progressing or frustrated that its taking more.

Either way I feel like my flaccid is better and I just can't see how I wont gain erect lenght soon. I will probably wait until my 2 year anniversary to get an official measurement ....so i have till February to hopefully be around 7.5 bpel.
 
For me, when I was hanging, the weight went up very quickly. At my max I was hanging 50-70 pounds for sets of 15-20 minutes. I made a half inch gain during this time but I was doing a lot of other exercises so it is difficult to pinpoint the gain.
 
Wow! 50 lbs is crazy but if that's what it takes. How long did you hang total and what made you stop?

It was way too much work for slow gains. I was hanging hours every day and the gains were just not happening. I hung for about 6 months. As I said elsewhere, I think:), I gained .25" in length during this time but it is hard to say where the gain came from as I was also doing the entirety of Phase 5. The one thing I loved about hanging that I know, for sure, happens when you hang is base girth...with heavy downward stretching comes thicker base girth which translates to a higher erection angle and a thicker penis.
 
Yup I can't wait! To me it is very time consuming but I get the intensity I just couldn't get from manual work. I guess my grip is just lacking heck I don't know. Anyways I'm pretty sure I will be sticking with hanging until I get the desired results. Hanging is actually some what addicting and I'm starting to love the feel of it . The only thing I need to do now is get some divo crap and wake up an hour early to get a few sets in.

Did you ever hear back from the Guy that sells those things? Seems like it would make a good base wrap

Hey man, I am on that final push to 8 in too!! Im hanging with the bib starter, and i just broke past 10lbs, but now I had to go down again cause my soft tissues were just not ready for that I guess.

Hanging is back and forth for me...just a few days ago I was able to hang 17.5 lbs. Now today I struggled with 15 and am done to 10 in the second set.I will probably only get 2 sets tonight but that's how it goes. I never start with intentions. If it works out then great but I'm not gonna suffer if it ain't working.

I think the 2 factors for me toinght are it is cold and I didn't get a real good warm up and the fact that I blew a load last night. It seems like the day or so after my penis is more sensitive to hanging or extending. Oh well I will try again tomorrow
 
Same here.. back and forth. but always moving forward, I hope next week ill be back at 10lbs. Sick of conditioning..
 
I personal feel conditioning is never ending. Like you said we just have to keep moving forward! If your Max weight starts to be painful just drop back to something you know you can handle. There is no shame in it and in a few days you will be right back to Max or even more! The best advice I've ever heard is never hang in pain.

I feel that with every increase of weight the hanger will cause attachment fatigue because you have to get it tighter thus putting more stress on the tissues. When a good amount of fatigue is felt you need to back off a bit to let it recover but after that you have become more conditioned. I am starting to firmly believe you should only hang 1 set at Max before feeling the need to decrease weight during the next sets.

I'm different than you and your different than me. If I've learned one thing its each person has to learn what works for them and how. To be successful in this quest one must never stop learning! People can learn more by paying attention to how and what they feel and why than by asking and reading what works for other people. Most of this stuff you read is general guidelines. You can tell me what to do but I gotta figure out how it works for me.

Indeed! When asked by my partner what is the best workout for penis enlargement, I told him SRT. He said, but SRT is always changing, I said, this is why it is the best routine ever! Hanging was getting absolutely miserable for me! I kept getting pain and pinching. I could hardly attach the hanger. My penis was fat and swollen from fluid and kept me from getting good attachment. I was up to 15 lbs but was getting so frustrated with the pain so I stopped for a few days. I hated to not be hanging and it seemed like I would be moving backwards but I had to rest.

Now I started again today. The first set I got perfect attachment that was so solid. I hung 10 lbs for 20 min like it was nothing. Took the hanger off for my break and now I'm not getting a good hold! I'm sure its fr from the first set! That crap is stupid. I hate fr with a passion. It messes up my pe so much I've got to figure out how to stop it! I know jelqing helps but it wont stop it. It seems I get an abnormal amount as it has always been a problem with my pe.

Well anyways I'm back to hanging tonight trying to get back to my 15 lbs. Guess I will have to cycle hanging like 4 days on and 3 off to keep fr down.
