Is there a ratio of stretch gain to erect gain or is it to broad and too many variables? Here's why I'm asking. In the last 2 1/2 months with using the SG, a stretching routine and now after about a 4 month lay off the Penomet, inside the Penomet I went from 7" mark when I had quit 4 months ago to in the last couple of days I have hit the 8" mark on the tube which I credit to my stretching routine plus I can tell I'm stretching further out especially on the BTC I'm pulling further up the cheek so I've gained an inch in stretch gain but only at best 3/16 of an inch in erect gains. So with those numbers I would have to gain 8" of stretch gain in order to
reach my goal of an 1 1/2" erect gain. Now I think that seems a bit far fetched but is there any correlation between the two or does it just eventually level off? I know it has to be stretched in order to make room for permanent growth but does the permanent growth eventually catch up with the stretch gains? Just wondering.

the ratio varies individually. well technically your math does make sense lol. usually stretch length is always longer than erect length. Once you hot 8'' your cock will probably be a lil longer stretched flaccid than 8''. The 3/16 is great b/c it it showing growth. Are you doing SRT so you cock heals in the elongated state? that will help you get gains quicker.

As you have tension on your cock cells divide and the cock lengthens.just takes time to convert to erect gains but it is happening. just get on the SRT regimen
 
Very good sign when you gain at a measurement. No matter in what context. It will translate sooner or later to erect gains. Keep on doing what you do.

I see it the way, that stretched length or expanded girth is the possible size you can gain, if you keep on doing it.

If you dont have a 100% EQ then this might be a reason why it takes time to catch up. You then have to do Kegels and other stuff htat helps the EQ which could mean to take asmall break or cut abck on intensity. Thats the art to find the sweet spot.
But tendency is that if you gain in some measurement even if stretched then keep on doing what you do.
 
This is a very good sign as you are making gains in erect size and also have a good distance in flaccid stretched gains. These never catch up with each other they will continue to grow and there will still be a gap. One way to close the gap a bit is doing erect stretching, this type of stretching benefits the erectile tissue mainly helping convert those gains but even then you will still have some distance.

Yes I do apply SRT. If I'm not stretching, in the SG or the Penomet I'm wrapped. I think my dick has forgot what turtling is. If my math is correct I'll be stretching a 14"+ cock LOL. Damn time to order more bars for the SG.

I'm really considering getting one but when I'm in the SG I go pretty intense to get the best stretch I can and I'm wondering if it will work with an intense workout or is it more for the healing stage. I've read a couple horror stories about blisters being pulled out and wondered if it was because they were doing an intense stretch? And by intense I mean the bars pulled to the last mark on the bars.

When using the right size your stretch should be very intense without causing blisters. I have never really heard of anyone getting blisters from this set up, to be honest it seems like the most gentle way to connect out of all.

Well I'm going to give it a try based on your recommendation and your saying it's "the most gentle way to connect out of all" cause that's what I'm looking for. I'm already planning on changing my routine when I get it. I've been doing my Penomet in the morning and my stretching in the evening but I'm going to switch them. I'm going to do my stretch routine in the morning then use the VLC with the leg strap for an ADS so I can keep it stretched a little tighter. I feel this will help me cement my stretch gains more(don't you think). The UJW is OK but it doesn't really keep it in as a stretched state as I'm hoping this will and let's be honest it'll be a lot less noticeable than wearing the SG while out and about. I refer back to your t-shirt analogy in the SRT. If you would've put that wet t-shirt on a picture frame basically the same size as the t-shirt it wouldn't have stretched it at all no matter how long you left it on there and no we're not talking about t-shirts here but think the principle is the same. I think if you allow anything to retract back to it's normal state after it's been stretched it's never going to remain (heal) in that stretched state. So enough rambling, time to go measure for the VLC and get ready to take this thing up a notch or two, or three, or ect.....

On the ball with this post! I can see that you have really studied SRT and that makes me happy. I believe the reason so many men are gaining now is because of the healing measures that have become standards in PE.

My girth expansion has gotten bigger. In January I was getting 6 inches expansion right under the glans but today when I measured my expansion right under the glans, I saw 6.25 inches. My routine is working.
