1. Do you used extender before or after Bathmate and jelqing?

2. When I do a lot of manual stretching, why do I lose EQ?

3. Is it better to finish off my workout with a warm down or cool down? After my workout, I have been take my penis out of the batmate (warm water) and immediately putting it onto to an ice pack and stretching it while holding it on the ice pack. I feel like it solidifys my gains and makes my skin tight... Idk it just feels right. What do you personally do?

4. Is it true if you put your balls under cold water it will make your erections stronger?

5. What is the deal with cold water and Penis Enlargement? Bathmate?

1. I would do it before Bathmate or jelqing.
2. How many time you spend stretching? My EQ improves with manual stretching.
3,4, and 5. I don't know.

Cold increases the tensile strength of the collage. Making it more resistant to elongation. The way that you are explaining what you do with the cold and with what the temperature actually does to the collagen results in an increase in "intensity" for you. The fibers will essentially resist the elongation with more force as the temperature drops. So it is as if you are applying more force to those fibers, even though you physically are not. I have tinkered with the idea of using temperature manipulation as a means of gaining an "advantage". I have yet to come to a conclusive determination of whether it is really productive overall to do so. The reason being, is that I am not of the belief that increasing intensity is the answer for maximizing growth in the long term.

Everything that I am finding about how this Penis Enlargement science works at the cellular level indicates that it is time which is the biggest factor and not intensity.

Everything else being equal, if you absolutely have to remove the force, keeping an elevated temperature should produce better gains in the long run. Both because elevated heat keeps the tensile strength of the collagen lower and as a result of that also keeps blood flow elevated. Increased bloodflow = increased delivery of chemicals/nutrients to the cells that were forced into mitosis from the applied force.

As to 4. LOL...I think that the decrease in blood flow to your balls simply winds up diverting more blood to warmer areas in the region. So yes, sticking your balls in ice water will probably give you a slightly harder erection. But I don't think you are doing your balls any favors in the process LOL LOL

So what are you saying irspow? I mean, I'm no longer do cold and hot water... However, I am doing stretches post workout on a ice pack and that seems to make my skin look better post workout and take away the fluid retention.

I am only talking about efficiency...not other aspects that relate to exerting too much force. Cold may do you good in other ways...I was strictly talking about it from a growth standpoint. But if the cold makes your skin look better and gets rid of fluid retention, then by all means use it. I would just like to plant the seed in the back of your mind that there is a reason why your skin might look so good or you are getting fluid retention. There is nothing "wrong" with what you are doing. I didn't mean to imply as much either.

In terms of growth itself, or the increase in the number of cells, cold is not going to help you long-term. Unless you need it to "recover" from applying too much force for too short a time period anyway. Then cold can surely be used to mitigate those adverse effects from too much intensity.
