is berrier of pe is 2niches?
hey i saw in section proof pictures journies that people get 2inches (5cm), now i dont say its a lot, pe is deffintly works and change people lives, but i want to ask realistic question a man with 5inches in legeth like me can dream to get 4 inches in legth (10cm) i mean to come from 5 to 9? is it possible? i saw progress of 10 years of people but the max they get is 2 inches , i realized as longer your penis grow its harder to get gains so it really possible to dream of 9 when you got 5 or you just need to be realistic and aim to 7 so you you will not reach a point that you dissapoint and cant get any gains and see that goal going away? now i know that DLD claimed that he gained 4-5 inces, now i saw his pictures of 10 inches and i believe he is really that big there is not compare picture of before, to be straight i didnt find anyone who claimed he got 4 inches and post pictures of before and after, so is it 4 inches is possible or myth? i know 2 inches can get with hard work, but 4 i am still doubt it.




can i do testicle health massage or pe after testicular torrison opreation?
i did Testicular torsion opreation now they are stiched and attached, i am still healing it was 3 weeks since opreation, should i do pe or health massage?




can i do warm up with a jar? to fill the jar with the little warm water and put the penis in there for 5 minutes without get it out from there until 5 min will pass and then dry the penis with little towel and start the routine?

another question about jelq and strech, why for jelq you need semi erect erection 50-70% and for streching you did in flaccid mode? i will admit i dont like jelq and this the main reason i stay out from pe
its harder to stay in semi erection and i got 100% erection and for begginers it can make injuries as hard i tried to low down the erection to semi or 80% cant get it done. the reason i alot prefer strech that
you dont need to put vaseline on penis can do it with dry penis without dirt and stuff and dont need erection and it really a lot easier to focus, when you do jelq is like fapping you got this feeling like you going to blow and its ruin all the fun.


another question about rest days, in newbie routine dld said he workout 7 days a week, now the logic said like if your in the gym and train your muscle you must have at least one or two days rest days to give the muscles time to grow, heal and rest and prevent injuries, now i knwo the penis is not a muscle but tissue but its really dont need day off or two to rest, heal and prevent injuries?


other question is rest time beetween sets, and excersices,
lets said i did behind the cheecks center i finshed one set of 30 seconds, did i need to rest beetween the
next set or not? when finished a excersice lets say i finished to do behind the cheecks now i moved
to behind the cheecks left should i wait 1min to do the exsersice to let the penis rest?
i ask it because normally in the gym you rest 45between set to set and 1-2min between exsercises.

No need to rest when doing the sets.if you are doing the newbie stretchings would take you like 15 mins..

follow the Newbie routine literally if you can for a reasonable period of time.and be realistic about your expectations...

Dstarted at 6.5 x4.75 hes 10.75x 6.75 13 years later be patient and disciplined.he gained the first two inches in 6 months n took him years to gain another 2.75..:)

There is no barrier in PE.You can hit plateus,but you can gain more than 2 inches.Gaining 4 inches is 100 % possible but very hard to achieve.You need crazy dedication,a very good routine,consistency , supplements,etc.

if you're 60 % erect and you get a 20 % expansion from a girth routine/exercises,then that's 80 %.Still under your 100 % true girth size.But if you're 90-100 % hard and you get 20 % expansion,then that's 110-120 %.It goes beyond your size.That's how you gain.Training girth semi-erect is a waste of time and you won't see gains unless you're a newbie and your dick is not used to PE.If you want some serious girth gains,train girth as erect as possible,you won't get injured.

You train flaccid when you stretch because stretching is a length exercise.If you're erect your dick is full of blood and very hard to stretch,almost impossible.

You don't have muscle in the penis.When you train in the gym you should take days off to let your muscle recovery.Since you don't have any muscle in the penis,only tissue,you don't need days off.Days off are only going to slow down your progress.You should do PE 7 days a week if you want the best results.
