Thought I would make a log for foreskin pumping, not much out there in regards to results long-term pumping. I have personally been pumping everyday for consecutive hours of high pressure/low pressure pumping, mostly low pressure. I use a Noogleberry nipple pump, works quite well, but have since advanced past the size of the 2 inch chamber, been thinking about getting one of the ball/cylinders, but have not yet decided on it. As well for the low pressure pump, I found a nipple sucker works extremely well, super easy and quick application, can come off for the bathroom, can be left on for several hours without causing any serious damage to the tissue.
Been pumping for almost 2 months solid now, the gains are small, but I have literally no foreskin, so its going to take time for me to get covered. I have semi-gland coverage "completely" flaccid when I lay down/sit down/workout, and have also noticed the "fore-shortening" effect, so its obviously working, I see the skin getting flappy, but it hasn't yet begun to fully hang down and cover my glands.
I have used various methods like the TLC/TLC-X, manual tugging, tried t-tape once, but tugging isn't for me. The TLC is just too hard to use and re-apply, and stay on, it usually falls off no matter how good I got it to stay on, which is why I wanted to see and prove that its not the only way to solve the problem, also my partner supports me, but won't let me wear a device to bed. Whenever I find some tube insulation, I will hopefully combine Reverse Taping, with industrial pumping.
