Hello guys, so I been on the forum for a while due to an eq problem (mostly problems maintaining the erection without stimulation) and I have been doing changes in my life, the first and most important is that I been off for a couple of weeks now, I been doing cardio again, eating healthier, and doing kegels but I got a different problem now. I have to say this all worked so far, because I feel like my erections are harder now, I Wouldnt say they last as much as I Would like without stimulation but I really do feel a HUGE change so far in sucha small period of time.

Yesterday, when I touched myself after like 5 days without doing it, I had a premature ejaculation kind of problem, and today I still got the same problem. I only have had this problem in the past for like a week and I believe it was due a bladder infection (because I also kept urinating a lot) and trying to do kegels when I didnt even know how to do them properly. Now Im facing this problem and I hope it wont last any longer because its nothing I ever suffered from. I can go for like hours having sex and I can hold it as much as I want, everytime I masturbate I like to hold it for an hour or even more and enjoy it longer, so this never been my problem, so right now Im scared about developing something worse. I was trying to fix my eq and seem like got something worse now. Can this be due to an imbalance?

Im extremly worried right now because my girlfriend is coming to visit in a couple of weeks and I Dnt wanna have this problem by that time.
Should I do more reverse kegels and less regular kegels, stop doing kegels and do reverse, stop with every kegel period?

I'm going to suggest taking a psychological break from this stuff until after your girlfriend comes and goes. Quit the kegels too for now. Just focus on the other healthier lifestyle changes you are already working on. Many times, a guy gets in over his head with this stuff and starts thinking way too damn much about everything. It even takes over the sub conscious at times. You are very unlikely to have given yourself any actual condition simply by beginning kegels. It's most likely mental. Chill out.

@stillwantmore2 I guess you are right, Im a really anxious person and get worked out for any reason. Yesterday I masturbated the first time feeling anxious and just to check if I still had it and it happened again, but then I tried other 2 times feeling more relaxed, and it took like an hour or so to cum like it usually does, so I Believe it was anxiety or over thinking, so I dont know if I should just leave the kegels for a while even if I can see good results from them like stronger eq or what, thank you so much for your reply sir

Agreed. And kegels, in no way, could cause these issues. At the worst, when kegels are way overdone, which I have done many times, the result is fatigue, never injury. Anxiety is a normal part of PE because we all come her with some baggage and this gets mixed in with many of the other parts of the mental portions of PE. Take some time off, reset your mental process and come back with a vengeance.

@doublelongdaddy I guess you guys are right might be anxiety, should I just do some more reverse kegels to stay balanced and keep doing kegels every other day instead daily but lighter and take it easy, or just leave it for a while? Thank you guys...

We all go through that anxiety and we all get it under control, have no fears. Take your time, be gentle with yourself, practice between the kegels and reverse kegels to see what works best for you. Practice in your PE work before practicing on your wife :)
