Alright guys, here's where you post the "Perfect Routine" this routine has to be within a 45 minute time limit, and has to work both length and girth. I'm such a cheater! Actually I'm looking for input, since I'm gonna be starting a routine again. For the past while i've been winging it and haven't gained a thing. Sooooo, back to the old days.

Hahahaha, hey hey! Before I was doing a 1 and a half hour workout! People always wondered why I was in the bathroom for so long. Anyways, I dunno, I just want a really intense workout. I need one for length , cause that's what I want most. Girth seems to come pretty easy to me, easier than length anyways. Any suggestions?

You may want to give my routine a once over...Check the progress diary section to find my complete routine. I've made some pretty decent gains from it, in a relatively short amount of time (at least I was making gains until I became lazy and took 2 weeks off)...but hopefully I'll continue to gain at a relatively alarming rate. :)

Hey Electric. Just putting in my two cents worth! I know that my routine is somewhat screwed up but for now its the only thing I can do. I have an ever changing schedule that keeps me actually too busy. This week I am on the go from 5 am till 3 am the next morning. Thats 22 hours a day. I check in here several times a day to check for messages but other than that i'm hauling ass all day (and night).

Rather than stop pe heres what I do. On every break I grab a sip of water and hit the bathroom. I do strteches and jelqs only at work for times sake. I have to do them modified as well. With a bummed up finger my right hand is still "off limits". See other posts for explanation. My left arm is weak from over 50 mini strokes (all stress related). NO STROKES IN THE LAST TWO WEEKS! For the stretches I have to do them as follows.
I grab my penis with my left hand and get in a good stretch position. Next I have to make a fist out of the right hand and place it against the pubic bone. I use the right hand for leverage and literally have to pull back like trying to pull a nail out of a piece of wood.

On the way to and from work I do stretches in my truck. I wear shorts as it is very warm here this time of year. I grab penis again with left hand. Hand is actually inside of shorts leg so i'm not a flasher. I slide forward in the seat and lock my fingers that are not surrounding penis over the edge of the seat. then i slide back until I get a good pull. I hold in this position for a couple of minutes at the time then I shake it out to restore circulation a bit and repeat. Takes me anout 20 min to get to and from work so thats an extra 40 min a day of stretches .

I can't wait until next week to start a new modified program that DLD has made for me to use with these disadvantages I have. Next week I'll only be working two jobs instead of three which will give me another 6-8 hours extra each day.

Did not mean to say all that , but I guess what I am saying is How bad do you want it? I realize that my program isn't for anyone else but me but just find what works for you AND DO IT.
I hope you don't take offence in any way to what I am saying. Its all coming from the heart. Is it worth it? My tape measure say I have grown 1 1/4 inches in the last 7 weeks. That pretty much answers it. Take care bro!

Well I guess I should say that MY hanging routine although it is 4 hours total hang time per day currently, it's the perfect routine for ME. I'm getting awesome results. The last pic I posted, I was 1/8" under 8" bp. Now, 7 or 8 days later I have hit a solid 8" bp. "But, but, Still...not everyone can hang 4 hours a day like you do..." Yea I know. That's the edge I have. ;) Hanging , stretching , jelqing, magic penis puller under the leg super lig twists , etc, etc..they will all give you results with time. It's just a matter of how MUCH time do you have to devote? The more time you have to invest in your routine....er, I should say the more time youre WILLING to invest in your routine, the more results you will get in less time. Sort of like building a house one brick per day by yourself. Sure, you will eventually...maybe in a few years get the house built....but, if you enlist the help of others and, build with many more bricks per day...you'll get done a lot quicker.

Excellent idea, SWM. As of now I'm starting a petition... Who would like to help me with my routine? I need people to volunteer to stretch me, jelq me, warm me up, warm me down...The whole nine yards. :D

:D, not quite what I meant there bud! I think it was in the Napolean Hill book "Think and Grow Rich" where he recounts a story about Henry Ford. Henry Ford didnt have much of a 'formal' education but, had a lot of 'common sense' and was very good at using what many call the "mastermind principle". In other words employing the help of others.....taking ideas that you may not have all the solutions to and, turning to others and using their experience and knowledge and combining all your efforts and knowledge as a group to produce the desired result. Henry Ford was not well liked early on in his companys' history. In fact some industry representatives who knew of his little formal education walked into his office one day and, started asking derrogitory questions...trying to challenge his intellect and prove him a bumbling idiot. He merely replied something to the effect of: "why should I waste my time answering your questions when I can push a button on my desk and have a man come answer any question I may have?"
