Hello all, forum newbie here.

So I've been doing PE for just over a year now. When I first started, I saw a gain of 0.5" (went from 5" to 5.5" erect) within the first 3 months, but then my gains stalled. Thing is though, I can stretch out my penis A LOT more than when I first started. I've added more weight to my Lengthmaster hanging, can get up to more pressure in my Bathmate, and have added more rods to my Sizegenetics, but my erect length is stuck at 5.5".

Any tips to start translating my extra elasticity into solid, erect gains?

Here is my current routine:
- 6 hours/day total of Sizegenetics.
- 1 hour/day total of Lengthmaster hanging @ 20 lbs
- 15 to 20 min total of Bathmate (2 days on, 1 off)
- Ace wrap for the rest of the day/during sleep.
 
Do erect stretches with your girth work. We are talking 2-5 mins of erect stretches nothing more
 
Erect stretchs , bundle stretchs, dld blasters, and lots of kegels along with your Pe equipment. Can add baby powder or wrap your penis in toliet paper for better grip. Could also try some grip gloves for better grip when stretching. for Also make sure you are measuring bone pressed to see the real gains.
 
I'm in the same boat as you! I went from 5.5 NBPEL to a fraction over 6 after the first 3-4 months then nothing for months. This was just SG use only. Then I got the LM and have been doing all kinds of stretches (mostly bundles now). I don't think my length has been affected but my girth has gone up a bit. I've been doing erect stretches along with erect hanging on and off for a couple weeks now and that seems to be doing the trick slowly but surely.

Hey man, can you explain how to do erect hanging ?
I can only thinks of like clamping the erection and then hanging, or how else would you do that and not go flaccid ?

That's pretty much what I do. I get an erection then I wrap tightly around the base (this acts as a pseudo-cockring and is the key to keeping an erection), then when I feel like I'm near 98-100% I clamp down at the base with the hanger of choice (either a home made sock hanger or the LM hanger), then let it hang down gently. I keep that on there for 15-20 min (depending on how long I can handle it for).

Note that cialis helps in this department as well if you're having trouble maintaining that erection through the 20 min.

You're not getting the full benefit of your lengthmaster by only hanging it. You should do all the stretches possible to avoid tissue stagnation

How's your diet?
Do you take any days off?
Do you sleep enough?
Did you do any kind of tunica work?(bundle stretches)
Do you have any kind of manual exercise in your routine,or just device work?
 
Just keep up with what You've been doing. Try what others have been sharing and I'd say add some bundled stretches with the LM before you hang with the LM. I love bundles before hanging.

Elasticity is a very good sign of easy length gains. Most need to bring themselves to the point of fatigue to get that malleable state so I think you already have something going for you. Your workout looks great but I do have a couple of things you may want to add, check the SRT Thread to get a better understanding. First I would add in 5 minutes of Bundle Stretching Before each workout, this will pre-stretch tissue necessary fro expansion. I would also add in erect stretches to sure up the gap between BPEL and FSL. In your BathMate use do you follow the 5x5x3 routine in SRT? Other than that I would say you are looking good.
