think this is just for theory when it comes to gains. great for strengthening PC muscle. well this is just my opinion. maybe it's the hidden gem of PE exercises

Theory is always good in PE as it may pan out in some ways. Isometrics just made sense at the time I created this thread but with more experience it did not really accomplish what I hoped. I guess you can chalk this up to my mind experiments gone wrong:)

without mind experiments we'd have no space station!!

and many more things. an interesting thought I once heard...everything that has ever been created was first created in our imagination.

to me that shows just how important it is to craft a strong, healthy, extravagant, and creative imagination in children.

I like to approach all things from the perspective of a child with no previous research or knowledge, this way I can use my mind to get through the understanding and learn as much as I can on my own. Only after this do I go and research what has been written on any topic. This is how I learned about Relativity and Game Theory, two of the most difficult topics to understand.
 
Penis Isometrics

What this exercise does is it Isometrically expands the smooth muscle tissue found in your penis and it consistently and continually expands the elasticity of the penile tendon theoretically making unlimited gains possible!

This exercise requires 100% erect to perform. Once you are erect, take the palm of your hand, facing toward the floor and cup it over the head of your penis. Now, slowly and gently, push your penis toward the floor. Go as far as you can comfortably go but not further than parallel to the floor. Very slowly, and with great care, begin to flex your PC Muscle by doing a Kegel. The object is to create a resistance between your hand and your penis. Once you make a good resistance Kegel against your hand hold for 10 seconds then slowly release your Kegel and allow your penis to rise back up by lifting your hand. Do 3 sets of these.

One good exercise back in the days. Nowadays, the length master and SiliStretcher have taken over.
 
At the time it was a smart move but today we have equipment that kills most stretching exercises
