HeyI got a scary experience today..... I was using the Penimaster extender and I took a brake so when I took the glande capsule I eas scared because it had a considerable amount of blood. It even had coagulated blood but I didn't feel anything in spite of the amount of blood. I thought it was interal but no because I urinated after that and even ejaculated (wife wanted sex and it was hard to resist) but there was no trace of blood. Then I noticed what it seems to be a tinny cut in the frenulum.... So most likely the blood come from there but I'm amazed because there was a lot of blood but the cut is so small... And I didn't feel anything at all. I don't think I'm overtraining because I'm doing brakes (every hour or 2) for going to bathroom or simple rest. Any advices on this? Maybe just do clamping for a few days? And Bathmate? I think it would be harmfull at this stage. Any thoughts?
 
Let your frenulum heal for 3+ days. Micro tears will be aggravated with continued use of the extender, even sex.
You can experiment with how much/how little insertion into the Chamber, so that stress on that part is minimized.
Also the amount of "lube", the amount of vacuum, and the amount of tension(grams) used all interplay.
You didn't say what magnitude grams you are using, but I found using less than I had been, helped not re-create that problem.
Great device, but it is too easy to get carried away with it, only to find out that you need to not be so aggressive with its use.

Thanks.... I was using 1100 grams but I didn't start with that as I did adaptation time until I progressed to that force.Regardin lub I use it a lot... I use the old spit and my glande slides easily inside the chamber. I remenber now that in the last times I used the extender I did something... After having the glande inside the chamber I attached once again the pump ball and extract air. I felt my glande adjusting completly to the chameber. Like a swalloing sensation..... Maybe this was it? What your advice go down to 800 grams? Don't pump twice the ball?

PS - The penimaster is so good and confortable..... Have you seen gain from it?
 
You can reduce grams, and that will not require as much vacuum. Less chance to re-open a wound.
When you mount into the sluice/chamber, try to push as much of the shaft/glans into the sluice, and use less of a vacuum to draw it in. It takes a little practice, but will result in less vacuum stress to the tissues.
I know it is too easy to just let the vacuum suck you in. I have emailed Penimaster for more enlightenment on this variation in "mounting" yourself in.
 
ok. I had been trying to put more shaft into it..I guess I'll have to try harder. Any gains from the extender yet?

I have a micro tear in my frenulum as well and am resting from Penis Enlargement for last 2 days.What has Penimaster told you in regards to preventing this?

Sorry to hear of this Dickleaker, I've not had a reply yet.
I have come to conclude, that it is important to insert enough of the glans & shaft, so that the "grip", if you will, comes on the abdomen side of the corona AND frenulum.
To accomplish this, I use just enough vacuum to get about half my glans in the sluice opening, then use a jelqing like "milking" of the shaft, to push more into the sluice.
I may need to use just a tad more vacuum, to finish off the insertion. I can usually feel the corona just sliding past the opening of the Chamber.
If you have a foreskin, or a loose cut circumcision, you may need to draw back some of that skin.
Of course, <grin>, your mileage may vary.
 
footnote:
any slippage out of the chamber, may be cause of stress on the frenulum area.
I make a point to "re-vacuum" if needed. If you are running at max grams, have no spring cushion in reserve, and you bend over to pick something up....you may unknowingly place a large amount of stress on parts of the penis, resulting in skin breakage on the surface.
 
bend over???? Shit that happened sometimes in the last 2 days before the accident.... Maybe this was it????? My frenulum is pratically good but I'll wait a couple of more days

Thanks for your concern and your input on a possible solution for this.I have had this happen to me once before and I believe its comes from wearing the pmp and an elastic strap while i am working and yeah alot of bending while I am working.
My tear has healed and I am back extending today ...even 2 days away from Penis Enlargement and i am itching to get back at it ...truly an addicting hobby!
I will try milking my dick to see how much of my glans I can insert without additional vacuum to see if this helps .

No DLD it was very small micro tear but enough pain to stop for 2 days to heal.
I last measured march 17th and got a gain of 3/8" in erect length after 2 1/2 months using the PMP /extender and slight increase in girth as well and am extremely happy with that!!

That gain is great! What is your routine with the PMP???
I resumed Bathmate session after my frenulum healing. Its still sensitive because When I started to pump I felt a small pain. So I stoped until it went away and pumped again and waited and pump again and so on. A very smooth session without any streches and hit just the 18 mark. I won't risk doing PMP and Bathmate in the same day yet. So tomorrow I resume PMP but I'll lower the grams a litlle and try to put more shaft inside.

The routine is very simple. I use the extender/pmp for as many hours that i am home ..about 6 and wear the elastic strap from tlc tugger/pmp for the remaining hours that I am awake.

I am being more careful to only use enough vacuum with the pmp and no more to lessen the stress on my glans and frenulum.

Thanks&#8230; .I know that experienced users and the brand itself say that it&#8217;s better to use lower force In the extender to achieve results. But due to my job and schedule I don&#8217;t pass many hours at home. So I can only wear for 1 to 4 hours a day&#8230;. Taking this in consideration is the better way to achieve bigger gains use more tension in the extender? Will this help ?
 
apolo, I'll just throw my thoughts into the mix, just to share, mind you.
I have read of so many extender users that once harvesting the newbie gains, could not wait to try and accelerate the process. That translated into more hours, more grams, and variations of both. These variations were of some use to "break" a plateau, some times, other times more hand exercises, increased use of a rice sock (for warmth), helped.
What I decided, was that cell division, mitosis, occurred around a certain range of traction. For me, it was 600 to 1000 grams. What I also found true was rest days were necessary. One or two a week, sometimes 3 days at the end of the month. You can hand stretch, jelq, etc on rest days.
I point out that in the PMP pdf manual, page 54, they point out that they have found that:
"alternating breaks and training phases will result in better results than a monotonous load".
and
"you should aim at using the device for several months, the results of which can even be improved on the basis of interruptions of several days."

Best I could volunteer, is that has worked best for me, now in year 4. Don't rush things, instead work out a schedule of wearing, and stick to you schedule.

Thanks Dangler... The problem is to get a schedule..... For example this weekend I didn't wear the PM because i spent almost all the time outside my house.... Today I'll arrive after 22:30h. Tomorrow if lucky I 'll be home at 21h.. it's hard to have a schedule this way. That's why I asked about using a bigger traction force when I was using the PM... Not about rushing! I also do some rest days regularly. Usually there's a day or two that I will only use Bathmate and no PM and vice versa. And from time to time I 'll take a day without any PM/Bathmate and only do clamping all day.

PS - The clamp is almost a second skin!!!!
 
In my thinking & the way I use any extender, apolo, skin/cells respond more favorably to a given range of traction (ex. 600 to 1000 grams). If you show up trying to use more than that, because your schedule is "pinched", you don't get more, you start doing something other than elongating/stretching of cells.
Some subscribe to micro tears, creating scar tissue, etc.
I go by how I have practiced over the years.
I find what benefits me the most, is rest days, or at the end of a month a couple three days off in a row. Yes there are plateaus. Some jump ship and result to hanging bowling balls or whatnot. I play the waiting game instead.
