So my frenelum and foreskin were a little tight when I started but they have been stretching naturally because of PE. No discomfort or anything. Recently I got rid of some penile Papules that were on either side of my frenelum just on the underside of my head but in doing so my frenelum was cut. I let myself heal up before starting PE again but my stretching has always left a small paper cut in the frenelum that would never fully healed up. I didn't care, since it wasnt really painful and didn't bleed. It has been 5 weeks now having this small paper cut.

Recently I've upped my clamping and stretching game and this has caused the paper cut to grow and there is a small bit of dried blood now 😖. Should I rest up and let it FULLY heal or can I PE through this? Please...please keep in mind that right now I am on the verge of cementing another 0.25" gain and length (increasing steadily at 1/8 of an inch every 2.5 weeks) and my tunica is JUST starting to some new girth due to twice a day workouts. Stopping PE for another week or two will be a bit depressing because I am in a good place of penile fatigue. Should I stop or can I keep going?

Also, those gains are in my BPFS not erect. But erect gains aren't dar behind, so I really don't want to let up....

I'd say ease up a bit, but no need to take a full break. I also had that small "paper cut thing" a long time ago on my frenulum. Surely I slowed down a bit but applying Basibactrin or other ointment can help with the healing.
So, use an ointment and massage it! And remember to keep it moist during sessions as well. Mine healed up fine and while I had the issue, I still did some hydropump sessions ... Just take it a notch down, that's my viewpoint.

I would agree with ark. I would probably take the intensity down a little during sessions just to prevent the cut opening more. You certainly do not want to get it infected, that would be really bad

Do not train through a frenulum rip. Give yourself 2 weeks off using Bacitracin every day in the morning and evening. In 2 weeks it should clear up completely.

2 weeks is nothing and when you come back anything lost will be gained back immediately. Have no fear!

How is the cut doing egg, is it getting better?

Yes! It visually healed over in about 5 days. The skin is still new and really light or white colored. A little tiny painful to squeeze or when I push on it side to side. This tells me I should wait a bit more time since I plan on going HAM (Hard As a Mother-fucker) in my routines again... I'd be lieing if I told you guys I didn't do a small 30min stretching routine last Thursday. The routine wasn't satisfying and my frenelum didn't rip or anything but it didn't feel any better to be honest. Whatever, just more time to watch Netflix 📺. I've stayed off the forums because reading makes me watch to try exercise and just pull and constrict all day again 🙈

I really appreciate you checking up on me by the way. I feel the love!!

No disrespect to your PE knowledge but I thought you were being a little over zealous with your 2 week recommendation since all the skin healed back in just a couple days. However even right now, a small bundled stretch still hurts a tiny bit from the twisting. So I guess even though the skin healed back, it still needs to develop it's resilience.

Its not that I'm naive or didn't want to believe you but I learn the best from this sort of hands on reaction based stuff lol.
