How to cure pencil dick status in 6 easy steps.

1) Wear dick extender 5+ hours daily.

2) Jelq 1000 Jelqs daily.

3) Hangs weights 1-2 hours daily.

4) Manual dick stretches 30 mins daily.

5) Wrap your dick while sleeping.

6) Repeat each and every day for 1 year.
 
that requires more free times then i actually have 1000 jelqs that's a lot can anyone confirm the jelqs?

It is a good routine but as you said it does take awhile. I personally would throw some SSJs in or a hydropump so you dont have to do that many jelqs and still make great progress.

Isnt the term "pencil dick" from a long skinny dick..?
This exercise looks to me be for stretches to lengthen ones dick
Pencil dickers (lack of better word) should use a exercise for girth should they not..?

From my experience length gains also bring girth gains, keep in mind; 1000 jelqs a day is a demanding girth workout.

You can do the jelqs in sets. You can do 5 sets of 200, 2 sets of 500 etc and split them up throughout the day, just figure out what works best for your schedule.

(1000 jelqs takes me anywhere from 25 minutes 45 minutes depending on how slowly I jelq, the slower the jelqs the longer the routine will take.)

Dld has said he worked during his 4" in4 years run. He took bathroom breaks often enough he estimated totalled 100 minutes per day of manual work in 5 minute sets. It can add up.

Now I agree most of the OP routine is great length work. Go for that first if you have a length goal still. Including jelqs as you go will help with some girth.

Then once you're to your length goal, correct pencil dick with a dedicated girth routine.
The below are kinda ranked in order of basic to middle to advanced moves. Work your way down as you get experience.

-jelqs
-ssjs
-Hydropump 5x5x3 routine. 5 Mins pump 5 Mins SSJs, repeat 3x.
-ulis
-isos. Isolated compression squeezes.
-ballooning
-edging but not orgasm
-clamping
-Redz frendos

No matter how easy or hard your girthwork is, put on cockring during or after girth session to help heal expanded. Helps cement today's gains today.

Put some or all of those elements into a routine you can find the time for bro.

Jelqs- Length & Girth gains
Hanging- Length gains
Manual "stretches"- Length gains
Wrapping your dick- Length gains

How would this help cure pencil dick? Almost all of these things are mainly for length gains, which is not what you want if your dick looks like a pencil.

Also, you posted this in the newbie section. You think a newbie could handle 5+ hours in the extender, 30 minutes of manual stretching, 1000 jelqs, and 1-2 hours of hanging?

This routine will injure your dick if you're a newbie for sure.

The best way to cure pencil dick would be doing actual girth exercises. Newbies would start with jelqs and/or a hydropump and move on to more advanced exercises when they are ready, such as Slow Squash Jelqs or clamping.
