I was just doing my usual stretching routine, slightly lamenting the trickling soreness and mildly writhing, when I noticed just how much my ligaments we're protruding. So I pressed it down and lo and behold, the tension of the ligament sky rocketed. I have to say, after experiencing that I really have no choice but to continue.

The only reason I thought to try that was because of something I read about called "The Ruler Stretch". Absolutely no clue if that's the right name. But adding it to bundled, fulcrum, multi directional, reverse kegaled, expressive stretching just seems to add that much more to the stretch. At this point I'm doing a " Freak __________" and it is ridiculously intense.

I tried a similar concept with slammers with great success. The uli, rotary bend, o bend, double squeeze monster I used was just crazy and I doubt I could have gained over an inch in girth under 3 months. I had to push through a lot of pain and different sensations I knew were ultimately tolerable.

The point of this is, a big part of why I am consistent is because I try to have fun with it. I make it a challenge to find something that actually satisfies me. Some people like to see how little they can get away with. Some people like to be clever. Other people just grind for the ritual.

I like to play mad scientist and see just how quickly this can all really be done. I'm sure there are others here who are more than interested in the fastest gains. Since most of us are doing different things, we're all going to have a lot of different answers on what we can tweak to get the most out of this massive world of pe. For me, it's adding steps to work I'm already doing. For someone else it could be splitting their routine and trying SRT. For others it might be just accepting they've just plain outgrown the jelq. The list could go on forever.

If you're not happy with what you're doing, change it. Don't quit, but make innovations to your own work. It took me 3 gainless months to figure out something that would work for me. To me, maybe I can make it faster. So I tweak and tinker. I actually had patience (for once) and went through everything I could think of after doing a lot of research. That's all that really matters in this field. Failure is a possibility. Just don't axe your faith in pe over it. Try some kegals. Try some slow squash jelqs. For Pete sake try a bathmate. Experiment!

If this seems ego based it isn't meant to. I nearly quit myself due to my failures. Now I'm quite glad I didn't, as I have no doubt I'm gaining daily, albeit slowly to the naked eye. Many folks seem to get stuck in a rut. I just hope I encourage a few people to climb out of it.

Youve mentioned exercises i ve never tried before and the way you see the PE world is pretty accurate we all have different views about PE and we all try different exercises.I think experimenting in PE is a great thing specially when gains can come out of our discoveries, sometimes im very inflexible and cant keep my self open to see new exercises or start a good routine, being closed mnded here is not a good thing at all....

ive had a similar experience. i started off in p.e. with jelqs and some manuals. i tried it for a couple of months, but i never enjoyed either basic stretches or jelqing, so never felt that motivated. i also gained very little for my efforts so i just got bored and stopped. i quit for about 6 months, and then got a bathmate, and tried things again, but i was only getting like 0.1-0.2 inches of expansion and again very little gains.

i left p.e. for pretty much a year again, then decided to get back in to it. i dropped the jelqs and focused on the bathmate, doing it a little bit differently and changing my approach. for the first time i made noticeable gains in a short time period, and started adding in things to help gain quicker. because of this ive gained more in the last 3 months than i have in the previous 6 months of work :) my goal has been to consistently gain something every 2 weeks, which lets me evaluate what im doing to make sure i keep gaining

Isn't it annoying how simple and miniscule differences in physiology and philosophy make the difference between whether or not you make good progress or no progress?

Makes it damn near impossible to really label anything as a constant in pe. I think the only thing guaranteed is training the PC muscle is one of the most subtle but effective methods of improvement.

But then there's everything else. Some people have no pain tolerance. Some bruise like a banana. Some have skin conditions. Some people love jelqs. Foreskin issues. Libidos. Patience. Available time. Money. Willingness to explore. It's amazing anyone ever gains at all with all that.

And yet here everyone is, raising the value of average every day.

obstacles are a part of the deal, money, available time, patience, no pain tolerance, evenso we try to exercise veryday and PE is something i love, even when i have not enough privacy,i exercise late night sessions, stretching, ssj and tryinng to keep the dick hard, the mind is tired and the body is numbed, evenso i cant quit im not suppose to quit,i just cant say no to a bigger better penis and a better lifestyle..
